The room is reasonably priced. An electric kettle, a private safe, and central heating are available. It boasts marvellous and brilliant location short walk to taxi as well as the underground. It offers excellent services.

The room we booked was cheap and budget with comfy beds and the 2 separate floors plus all the usual facilities as advertised. The location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from a public park. The team provided an excellent service.

I loved to sit in the restaurant.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

Had a very comfortable stay at next visit, would stay here again. The hotel was clean with perfectly clean and cheap rooms and consistently courteous staff. The breakfast was good hot as expected. I really enjoyed the great and lovely location in the quiet area. Also, such main attraction as a historic water pump was 4 km from this property. Distance to the airport was just 10 km.

Had comfortable location near university campus, just a walking distance from Chinatown.

This hotel is exceptionally comfortable, has consistently courteous employees right in front of the receptionist. The beds were big, I slept well. I spent 1 night and would stay here again.

The room was reasonably large and compact with a comfy bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Truly enjoyed great decor.

Comfortable decor throughout and extremely helpful and very friendly staff right in front of the receptionist. Comfortable and prime location in the 'spa' area, easy to get around.

My room was spotlessly clean, reasonably priced and with 2 beds. The service was welcoming in my opinion. Besides, I parked on site. The food was fabulous and the location was magnificent.

The room itself was compact, functional with 2 beds and had the things we needed. The food was reasonably priced and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety.

Restaurant was perfect for breakfast. The location was ideal, next to the centre of a University campus, and a storage space. Again, Brunel University was nearby.

The whole experience was very nice, no reason to complain, can't recommend highly enough. They gave us wheelchair accessible room with bathroom amenities and milk plus a really hard bed and that was essential.

This hotel is great value. Huge rooms. Even the London Heathrow airport was not so far.
