Clean place with awesome view over Hyde park. Nice variety of toast, cereal, yoghourt, and fruit for breakfast. Good sleep in a cozy bed, cheap and extremely spacious room. Amazing, INCREDIBLE location very close to Hide Park if you like having a walk there when in London. Just next door to the tube, parks, shops and Paddington.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a rickety, wallpaper which has been written on, for instance. The location was great for traveling around London, just off Paddington Station and Hyde Park, the excellent Oxford Street, and Hyde park, food outlets and underground stations.

The building is newly renovated and the rooms are newly decorated and good sized with the bathroom and shower. Their breakfast option with toast and cheese is free and particularly nice, put others we have been to shame! The hotel's staff are genuinely helpful.

The place was lovely small, with its welcoming staff at reception desk.

Perfect property, fairly clean, fantastic service and good value. Units with a shared toilet. Central location, not too far from two galleries. Walking distance to shopping streets and a supermarket across the street.

The rooms are reasonably sized, compact, and come with a TV, a kettle, and a storage.

The breakfasts are free in the hotel, with toast, croissants and jam. The location is perfect and nice, not far from tube and pubs, the main sights and Hyde park, food outlets and underground stations - couldn't be better. Westminster Borough district certainly deserves to be visited.

I really enjoyed the room with comfy bed, the bed was lovely. The hotel was in an unbeatable location near two tube stations as well as Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate. Besides, a royal residence was 2 km away from the property.

Everything was modern, so were magnificent views over Hyde park. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. I thoroughly enjoyed recently refurbished and compact room. The staff was extremely helpful, dedicated all the time.

The hotel was in a central setting in the center of London. It was also close enough to Hyde Park and Paddington station, and V & A Museum, Science Museum, Natural History Museum. The room was budget and reasonably sized with view. Everywhere there was immaculately clean, the staff were really courteous and attentive people at reception desk.

Stunning and incredible location, very close to all London atractions. And so close to paddington station and the central line stations and Paddington and all the shops and restaurants. Tidy room with cozy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Toast, cereal, yoghourt and fruit at breakfast.

It was in the very central location in the area. Every staff member was welcoming and affable. I enjoyed that the room was compact with separate beds, bathroom plus comfy breakfast adequate free wi-fi plenty hot water.

Ideal low-budget property with polite staff at reception desk. Good and magnificent location for London, right by Paddington Station and Kensington Garden, and restaurants along London Road. Also, in the center of London.

The hotel was located just next door to two underground stations, the underground, and eating very good. I had reasonably priced room with separate beds. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean. It had central location close to Bayswater.

Really enjoyed the guest room on the lower floors and the way it was setup.

So glad we choose it, it's convenient base for staying in London.

It's nestled in a nice building with incredible and brilliant location in centre of town. Accommodating staff, they smile all the time.
