All the staff were courteous, welcoming.

The airport was 25 km away from here, convenient and so excellent location. Excellent staff did a great job.

Cold bathroom, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The place was newly decorated and had extremely helpful staff with a staff member hoovering, loved the stay. The hotel had a so excellent location next to Chelsea Fc.

This was a very enjoyable stay on vacation. The food was fine, with a wide range of options. The staff were genuinely helpful, doing great job. The location seemed comfortable and so excellent on public transport which was nit provided or even acknowledged.

Had the triple room and it was reasonably large and functional with a view. Incredible location close to tube station, all was perfect.

The triple room is cheap, we also appreciated exceptionally good views.

Our experience was such great from the moment we checked in, will certainly stay here again. The place was enchanting and ideal and the staff were kind, the location was fantastic right by Chelsea stadium. The food was excellent, really enjoyed it.

By and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met really friendly and accommodating staff apart from the manager. We had a functional triple room with a double bed as well as the bedroom.

The location is unbeatable, 1 km from In Town. Besides, we where next to restaurants and pubs.
