All the employees were excellent. The position was incredible, near a tube station. It also provided lots of eateries and restaurants.

Fantastic little hotel, staff always incredibly welcoming.

Greatly enjoyed our room that was also kept very clean with the exception of the already mentioned kettle and available with the double beds as well as a fridge.

The location was incredibly comfortable, very near Baker Street station, and my bed was comfortable. Again, it was 5 mins drive from Longford Pump.

A lot of excellent food.

Liked spotlessly clean and huge suite with a single bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Excellent and amazing location in the area that is get charged for cars, met needs. And we were right by a great location minutes from Baker Street tube station, Regent's Park and a lot of great restaurants and shops, and marylebone high, bond street and hyde park and baker street station.

The hotel is fairly clean and has very pleasant staff. The location is magnificent and unbeatable, it's so close to a great location minutes from Baker Street tube station, public transport and London in hotels. There is Cote Brasserie metres from the property, had dinner there. All in all they offer exceptional service. Furthermore, you can use public parking nearby.

Everything there was perfect and the staff were excellent and efficient. Its location was excellent and fantastic, near rail links, and in a very quiet area. Plus, it was good for exploring a national museum. The food was brilliant, had plenty of options.

Overall it was very well decorated with a single bed. The staff was hard-working, some of them especially.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

This hotel was well-run and I liked it. Everyone from the staff was hard-working. The venue's position was central. One of the dining options, The Golden Hind, was 10 mins walk away.

The units are air conditioned, brand-new. The bathroom is fairly clean, the beds are lovely, the staff are efficient.

Had queen room with extra space to ensure we had a fine stay. The bar was cosy with efficient staff. The service was welcoming.

The hotel had a magnificent location near London Planetarium. There was lots of eateries and restaurants nearby. The room we had was air conditioned and comfortable quiet with fridge, the shower, as for instance.

enjoyed the place, had a decent stay on a mainly business trip. the staff were exceptional and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. had guest room with wake-up service available in it. the food was freshly made - lots of options. this accommodation was in the central location near to shops and restaurants.

the rooms are comfortable and this is very good value for money. thanks to a subway station found right by the hotel, i could visit sightseeings.
