The hotel was situated in the central location near the river. The room itself was modern and airy and had a pleasant view of the garden.

This hotel had a central position to Twickenham stadium. Tried some takeout specials at Domino's Pizza, luckily it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Excellent location for visiting bistros and cafes. Positioned in the nice local area.

Generally, really enjoyed this stunningly beautiful and quiet little accommodation with kind staff from a new General manager.

The hotel was in the central setting in the restaurant area or the bar area. Fairly quiet and bright room, besides I had a pleasant view to the gardens. It was surely a superb stay for my bfs birthday surprises.

The room is quiet and bright with comfortable bed, also they can offer wake-up service. It has incredible and lovely location by local transport.

The breakfast was satisfactory with kind waitress, and the staff was efficient! The location was good and perfect near the bus stops and met the needs. Also, a riverside park was 2 km away.

The staff was amazing friendly, kept everything clean and very good. The rooms were large and airy, fairly priced, with drinks, tea, as for instance. The service was decent as we had expected. The location of this hotel was incredible and handy. Food was fab and restaurant was absolutely good.

Truly enjoyed this brand-new hotel, and we would love to return. The staff were competent and decent without being intrusive. The main bar was available on the premises.

Popular and quirky hotel located really close to the restaurant on a Friday evening, Richmond park which was great for an early morning walk and Richmond. Bright, spotless room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Great breakfast with a huge variety of hot/cold dishes. Outstandingly accommodating efficient staff, fantastic location near bus stop. Good for one night.

The room was airy, extremely pleasant and complete with 2 single beds as well as the pounding music. The staff were very efficient and attentive day and night. Ideal location, London Heathrow airport was 25 km away. The hotel itself was in a very comfortable area.

Had reasonably sized standard twin room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it. The location was particularly good for Kingston upon Thames, close to hill to the centre of Kingstone and the river as well as Kingston centre.

We needed a place for one night, everything was really good. The breakfast was great and for shocking quality, fairly priced. Really enjoyed our modern and airy room with a balcony and the Georgian-style building. This accommodation had a central setting very close to a bus stop.

Great breakfast at 10:20 and with great food available. Nice local area, magnificent location, close to Richmond Park which has awesome views, the restaurant lunchtime and far enough out of the way if trying to relax.

The staff was excellent friendly and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Besides, the location was incredible for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of St George. This hotel was in a nice local area.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Accommodation was big size and homey with amicable staff in their management. It was large and airy, good enough for one night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, plus the bathroom was sparkling clean. The venue was in a central location next to a lovely cafe.

The hotel was fairly clean, I loved it. The standard double room was brand-new, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The room had a lovely view of garden. I appreciated staying in this pleasant and recently refurbished place. Bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. Its food was brilliant, with plenty of meals. Everything was simply great.

The location couldn't be more best possible near Richmond park. The standard king room I got was included with the facilities and bath plus cutlery. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Kingston upon Thames.

It was neat and I had an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making equipment. The rooms were bright and the location was handy next to Richmond park.

Located in the nice zone, it was an excellent base for one night. The staff were efficient and pleasant hole time of my stay. Pleased it had a bath. I had nice days staying at this low cost hotel.

Staff and atmosphere are good, and the hotel is kept fairly clean. Totally real good stay of three nights.

Do n't forget to explore Hampton Wick district. I asked for standard king room, it was bright and spotless.

Located within 25 minutes' drive from thorpe park. Right by twickenham stadium, 20 minutes' walk to Norbiton train station.
