Tasty and incredible breakfast for croissant & coffee for the start of the day. Quick check-in, perfectly appointed and rather big room with the refurbished bedrooms, the bath tube and an extremely comfortable bed. Great and fab location and brilliant facilities. Located walk from a subway station, easy to get everywhere.

The place was fairly clean with private parking and an extremely comfy bed. Cakes and eggs in the café for breakfast. Immaculate rooms, cordial staff at check-out.

It has wonderful very central location on Russell square. Btw, its set in Bloomsbury district just next door to the underground tube and buses, trains and transport and the supermarkets. The rooms are updated on the top floors, so that guests have essentials.

In overall, the place is magical, has cool and supporting staff who upgraded us to a beautiful corner suite for our anniversary celebration. Gorgeous and excellent breakfast that includes cakes and eggs. The rooms are opulent and beautiful and complete with bathroom, nice touches, as example.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at al fresco restaurant also with lovely staff and food. The staff were thorough day and night. Marvellous and awesome location calm in the hub of the capital was a plus.

The location was unbeatable - very close to the nearby hospitals as well as the Russel Square tube stop. The food was decent, especially cakes and eggs for breakfast.

The venue is fairly clean and reasonably large, views are pleasant, the location is marvellous really close to train station and shopping and tourist places and leafy Russell Square park. They provide cakes and eggs, that is superb. The premium queen room is huge and luxurious. All the staff members are very polite and truly wonderful.

The room was double superior with exceptional views on the park. I thoroughly enjoyed the English breakfast with cakes and eggs.

Stunning, brilliant location right by Brunswick centre. A wide range of options for breakfast in the café. Cordial and obliging employees right from the initial receptionist on arrival to the porter on leaving.

The room was contemporary and functional, complete with the bathtub and tasteful decor plus a decent-size. The breakfast offered cakes and eggs, was tasty and at a reasonable rate.

The location was marvellous: a market and chemist's were within walking distance. They offered us fancy and airy rooms with park view.

Walk from an underground station, the location was fab and stunning, right beside Russell Square tube station. Furthermore, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from Oxford Street.

The bathroom was a bit tired, I didn't like it.

Totally recommended for celebrating anniversary. The venue is wonderful and spectacular, its location is brilliant, just off a tube station round the corner and London from Wales for various conferences. There is an incredible breakfast for a start.

Its location in London was great, right by the British Museum and library and the tube station and other local attractions.

Whole place was fairly clean with good views; unbeatable location especially in the restaurant at the breakfast. The breakfast was full of decent meals such as cakes and eggs. I truly enjoyed the traditional-style building, adequate and wonderful room.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. It opened onto the park.

The staff was absolutely excellent and smart and they helped with bags. Truly enjoyed that my single room included clean bathroom. A chair and an air conditioner were appreciated.

The hotel was placed in the very central location literally right in the center. It was also short walk to the communal areas, nice, cozy pubs and good restaurants, and sounds of the West End.

Our stay here was fabulous, cosy base for exploring London. It was a traditional building, the rooms were adequate and delightful. The breakfast food was decent and included eggs and cakes. The location was brilliant, close to Russell Square.

Poor staff!

Everything was well-maintained - very central location and TOP-NOTCH service. The room was accommodating, opulent with the bedroom, chocolate, a fantastic shower, I was pleased. The breakfast was marvellous at 6.00am, I really enjoyed eggs and cakes. Efficient check-out was useful.
