Beautiful and absolutely fabulous hotel, the facilities were excellent.

The location was excellent and incredible - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Palmerston Place bus stop. The breakfast deal was great with sausages and hash browns, for example.

Unbeatable location for visiting pubs and restaurants.

This hotel was set in a very central area close enough to Kensington as well as central London. The double room I stayed in was top quality with king size bed.

The bedroom was high quality and new-fashioned. The location was great and lovely, close to Holland park for walking, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was near to the Underground or a Busstation, Olympia Conference Centre and public transport and Kensington attractions.

The location is very central. It's in a very comfortable building in the nice quiet area.

Its location was marvellous next to the train station too which was a god send. Everything here was good, I would book here again.

There were lovely beds and an air conditioner and a kitchenette inside the room. This was a good and absolutely perfect location very close to very close to Olympia Conference Centre as well as tube from all the main London attractions.

Pretty building, great and pleasant location right by the Underground or a Busstation, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey and other tourist spots and Holland Park, Kensington Palace and the main High street of Kensington. Besides, easy to get to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The location is peaceful and ideal, right by Kensington Palace & gardens and Kensington Prime - couldn't be better. Kensington district deserves your time and attention. The hotel provides hot and gorgeous breakfast with beans, hash browns plus sausages.

The place was clean with exceptionally accommodating staff members. The hotel was in a pleasant location, very close to Olympia Conference Centre & train station. Further, it was close to a relaxing leafy Kensington Street, the garden and the restaurant.

Nothing too much trouble, I can recommend, loved it. Had excellent stay for my brief visit and the weather was fine.

The venue has particularly good and absolutely perfect setting in Kensington district adjacent to the main High street of Kensington and the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel offers lovely and gorgeous breakfast with sausages, hot items like eggs plus beans.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for London, not far from the lovely garden, and the dining room/ cafeteria. You can find Alborz close to the hotel to a have lunch. I had double room that also was complete with shower, all the amenities, drinks.

The total stay was very lovely for my brief visit. Unbeatable very central location just next door to a restaurant, Olympia and other landmarks. A cool bonus was Costa Coffee, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

A quirky property, clean, marvellous location in the heart of London. Location short walk to Kensington High Street to/from the West End, the Olympia and shops and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Del Mundo nearby. Comfortable overall experience.

The location was marvellous, to nature in the mornings, we loved it. Accommodating staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. We had the double room which was spotless and airy.

The building is pretty and the rooms are compact with drinks, good facilities, as example. The hotel has a magnificent and decent location, next to the train station. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 10 minutes👍

I had a BRILLIANT time at this hotel and would stay here again. I liked this property, it was beautifully designed and quaint with excellent wi-fi. The location was peaceful and brilliant, relatively near a large shopping centre.
