K West Hotel & Spa

It's a clean and wonderful small hotel. It has well-mannered and very informative staff at the reception desk. The location is central.

Very impressed with executive queen room and super friendly staff at the reception desk.

We stayed in lovely modern and well-organised room with great beds and bathrooms that also had wake-up service.

Views were awful.

The location was good and absolutely perfect, adjacent to areas identified and just a walking distance from a massive central square we wanted to see. The breakfast at the place was classic and good hot for vegetarians.

The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will be much better.

The staff was absolutely brilliant and terrific with local information.

Got the same deluxe room booked online with shower and a sofa plus TV. Really enjoyed the decor, it was great. The staff were absolutely brilliant and outstanding and the restaurant was modest. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite rude.

This was a lovely modern and well lit hotel with a central location very close to Shepherd's Bush tube station. The team provided a marvellous service.

The hotel was fairly clean and luxury, even so had not so great views. The bed was comfortable, the room was good-sized and nicely furnished with a huge bed. Caring and incredibly attentive staff in services and the setting was amazing. Also, it was only 5 mins walk to Gay Village. Liked our place and will be returning here soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably large and fairly clean, location was great adjacent to an active railway line. This was my relaxing stay with good service.

Had an absolutely amazing stay for a business trip. The breakfast was classic and warm with good ingredients and the staff were fairly friendly. The hotel was in the central setting in a taxi from heathrow airport which was about 30 pound in a Uber. Also, it was a short walk to Chinatown and the main attractions.

The hotel was clean, incredible, had outstanding and terrific stuff that could n't do enough for you beautiful clean rooms excellant service in the far. The room was not only exceptional, but tidy too, and had a lounge and a safe. Lovely design, spa area was available onsite.

Wonderful base for discovering London with wonderfully friendly staff with good service in the bar and restaurant. Marvellous and beautiful boutique hotel location adjacent to the tourist places, and restaurant and spa. Few metres away from Lost Lagoon.

We got the executive twin room and it was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was decent size. The service was marvellous, totally satisfied. The staff were caring and amazingly attentive, and the breakfast was warm!

The location met requests, it was particularly good and fab very close to westfield's shopping centre.

Its location in London was great and beautiful, right by tube and shops, the Station and bus station and Really close to Westfield shopping centre. My deluxe queen room was great modern with a comfortable bed.

It was as expected, had a perfect stay on a business trip. The hotel was spacious, with well-mannered and very informative staff and fab location in an event at the Olympia Centre.

Silent hotel, all of the staff were really friendly and superfriendly, efficient location close to convention center. The rooms were a decent size with hypoallergenic pillows. It was good to have wonderful drinks in the downstairs bar.

Had romantic extremely pleasant rooms. The staff was respectful, provided an early check-in and a fast check-out.

Generally, the place was amazing and had terrific staff at the reception desk. We have spent 1 day in deluxe room with Petals on the bed etc, slippers, for instance. No complains at all, the hotel met what was needed.

The executive double room was contemporary, included a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets.

This accommodation had a central setting in a mostly residential neighborhood. My room with soft music and a drink at a bar was reasonably sized.

An electric kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Convenient design. Only 10 minutes on foot from London Shepherd's Bush railway station.

Deluxe queen room with a twin bed instead, had essentials required. The staff was amiable, decent all the time.

All in all a fabulous stay, the venue met requests. The place was amazing for one night. The English breakfast offered variety of dishes. Although the room was immaculate and exceptional it had not ideal views. The location was unbeatable and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from St Simon's Parish Church. Moreover, it's just next door to the K West, tube and the tower.

If we visit London for one night, will definitely choose this one. Cool place all in all, has amazing staff at the the reception desk. The breakfast was classic and sensational, we truly enjoyed lots of meals. The location is stunning and easy, 10 minutes' walk to a large shopping centre.

The deluxe twin room with bath, facilities worked for us. Brilliant central location, very close to shops and Restaurants, the Westfield mall and the subway station, and the Westfield Shopping centre and Shepherds Bush Tube and train station. Also, right next to the Shepherd's Bush underground.

Really good stay, as always. Clean, good value hotel, its location was marvellous and near the K West, shops and shopping centre. Lots of options for delicious breakfast. Spacious room with the bathroom, the artwork, as for instance.

Pleasant staff and brilliant location right near the underground, everything was great. I booked luxurious deluxe room here with continental breakfast, shower plus the bathroom. Slept comfy thanks to non-allergenic pillows and quality duvets.

Cosy rooms and a sofa bed, central heating and an iron included. The decor was comfortable.

Fairly large and fairly clean hotel, it's a holiday base for one night. They have a small restaurant for dinner, that was a definite bonus.

The rooms here are exceptional and huge with a comfortable bed. There is an electric kettle and fridges.

Units with a view. An iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk were nice.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, Brook Green Tennis Courts was just a short stroll away from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they were lovely and amazing. The room was lovely and had an electric kettle, air conditioner and a personal safe.

The food was FABULOUS, with plenty of options. Liked our rooms with a comfortable bed. We had a very lovely stay that met needs, will be back.

The hotel was fabulous and I thoroughly enjoyed the streets of London. The staff were helpful and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. I booked executive twin room, it was exceptional and complete with the bathroom, the artwork and a super comfy bed. The venue had a brilliant location very close to Vue.

Will be back, the hotel was clean, and location right next to the Shepherd's Bush underground was perfect and stunning. An electric kettle and a fridge were very handy. With the help of the amicable staff, we had a fine stay. Didn't need to pay for wake up service and ironing, good bonus too.

The location is marvellous, 1 km from St Simon's Parish Church. Informative people that welcomes you in. The rooms are comfy with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors...

This place was superior, with spacious rooms, FRIENDLY staff. Its at walking distance from Shepherd's Bush subway station, loved that, easily traveled around the city.

Next to hyde park, 20 minutes' walk to kensington train station. The bed was comfortable.
