The hotel itself was exceptional and fairly clean and the staff were particularly helpful, it had magnificent location in an open area uncovered.

Reasonably spacious units with access to the lounge and courteous staff.

Accommodation was huge and modern, beds were spacious. It had absolutely perfect and incredible location, close enough to the airport given a closure of the Piccadilly line for the Bank Holiday. Mayfair district was worth visiting.

The staff is attentive, the breakfast exceptional, the location is incredible really close to many London attractions as well as the JW restaurant which was AMAZING. Executive king room is airy, has a decent sized bathroom. The point is the park view was an unexpected bonus. It offers very good service. Think that this beautifully designed hotel is beyond compare, truly enjoyed it.

All in all everything was really good, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for 5 nights. Extremely helpful and caring staff, provided information if needed. The room itself was well decorated with bath, milk plus amazingly comfortable beds.

The food was nice with lots of options. I loved the room with a king bed, the bed was very comfy. The location was very central, incredible on virtually everything on the buffet had run out.

My executive king room was tastefully decorated with a king bed. The hotel was right by Mayfair-London, Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace, Bond Street and Harrods and cafés and restaurants thanks to its excellent and wonderful location.

The rooms are brand-new and top-notch, with very comfy beds. Very good service and the food is nice. By the way, parking fee equals gbp 42 per day. The location is magnificent and unbeatable and they have parking onsite.

The total stay was really great on vacation or a longer stay. The employees were welcoming and efficient. This accommodation was in the central location opposite Hyde Park. Stopped by Harry's Bar to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

The hotel was stylish, nonetheless I stayed for 6 nights only. I asked for executive king room and it was huge with a nice view. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Marble Arch tube station.
