Everything was fairly clean and very good. Modern, brand-new room with a queen bed. Unbeatable central location and attentive staff. Approximately 25 minutes' drive from airport.

Had a peaceful stay for 4 nights, glad I've chosen it. The room was very well-kept with a clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. The location in a vibrant area was comfortable and there were a market and shops nearby. Also, Pictorem Gallery was around the corner.

The staff were excellent, perfect and easy location on the market. For short-orders there was William The Fourth, we found it close by.

It was an excellent base for our very peaceful stay. The location for London was easy and ideal, near tubes and busses providing good transport into central London, good transport links and the railway line. Also, we visited St Saviours Church, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure. The personnel were excellent.

Overall had good stay for 4 nights. The room was large and air conditioned with a double bed, and I slept very well. The location was excellent - just next door to bus station. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from William Morris Gallery.

Liked this cheap hotel, and we would stay here again. Stayed there before, the staff was as always attentive. Central location just next door to London, tube, it was in a pretty basic area. Moreover, it was near Brooks Farm.

There are reasonable prices in the property. So glad we choose it, it's decent place for staying in London. Besides, you can park your car in the main building.

our experience was great. walthamstow district was worth exploring. we enjoyed the room, it was good sized. private parking on site was provided.

One could dine at restaurants such as The Drumleyton 10 minutes away. Hotel was situated within walking distance Brooks Farm.
