The property was chic and great with helpful staff. Particularly good setting, so close to the bistro downstairs as well as the city center. Also, to Twickenham stadium.

Came in Hounslow to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was reasonable base for doing it. We greatly enjoyed the breakfast. We didn't want to leave, can just recommend.

It had good food! My double room with shower gel, variety of shower gel, for example was perfect. Good location, a bus station was near the hotel.

Everything there was really good and the staff were very very helpful and excellent. The hotel was located particularly good for us, near a bus station. It took us 20 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.
