The room was air conditioned, top-class with hypoallergenic pillows.

Totally recommended for short stay. Reasonably clean and quaint hotel, views are glorious, location is fab close to two underground stations. Twin room is fashionable, has a nice size bathroom. It has competent and efficient staff team on check-out. They serve a packed breakfast, loved this place.

The room itself was a decent size with a temporary plug, tea and air con.

Exceptional location close to Kensington High Street, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park, and museums, tube station, supermarket, restaurants, it's very central. There's The Good Catch serving quick orders right next to the hotel.

Modern and superior hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its very central location so close to reasonably priced restaurants, galleries and tourist attractions. The breakfasts were good cooked and delicious with toast, the great cheese offered and a cocktail. The staff were efficient, provided exceptional services.

Relaxing hotel in an absolutely amazing building with gorgeous views of the garden. Very impressed with double room and really friendly and gentle staff on check-out. Had clean a balcony, a storage, and a safe box.

The bedroom was airy and newly remodelled. I had coffee, tea/coffee, and a storage. The location was particularly good and fab, a short walk from Manchester Town Hall.

The triple room is budget and has free tea, a hair dryer, and an iron.

Everything was perfect, including really friendly staff on check-out. My room was decent size with a terrace, had safe for safety measures. The hotel had a very central location and it was right next to St Stephen's Church.

Magnificent location in London, just off all important spots Natural and V&A Museums, Kensington Palace, Harrods, museums, and a huge grocery store where one could purchase food and drink items. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Bar nearby.

Grounds were kept exceptionally clean, breakfast was good cooked and varied continental. The staff I encountered were extremely helpful and attentive. I stayed in the room that was not cleaned to a very good standard bathroom and available with a double bed, access to a decked outside area surrounded by trees, for example. The hotel had a central position right by bars nearby, London from further afield and nice restaurants. Kensington district was worth exploring.

Really enjoyed the twin room I had with air conditioning, London Underground themed decor and showers. I was greeted by a competent and efficient receptionist who made the stay a really nice experience.

Very central location so close to Gloucester Road tube for Piccadilly line and District & Circle, the Royal Albert Hall, opposite underground station and attractions such as the Royal Albert Hall, it was in a calm area. The rooms were luxurious and fairly quiet, had hooks and basin.

The stay was really really nice. It was superior and overall clean hotel, exactly as described, with competent staff and amazing location right beside Gloucester Road tube station.

All in all, it's newly renovated place that has attentive and caring staff on check-out. The breakfast is varied continental and rich, and the location is magnificent close enough to District lines for the best tourist experience with the two best museums, and Museum of Natural History and Harrods.
