The place was perfect and exceptionally comfortable and the staff were smart, the location was perfect close to many main bus lines as well as the tube.

The location of the hotel was very central, very close to Oxford St, Selfridge's, Marble Arch Subway, Restaurants and Theaters as well as Oxford Street and Marble Arch Tube. Excellent service was provided.

The staff was amazingly great, just as I expected. Appreciated staying at the spacious king room with all the amenities.

The property was fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating and always accommodating staff. The rooms were recently refurbished and functional with the bathroom, no complaint.

Plus, it was very close to the shopping area, many restaurants, cafes and shops, and the center of London. The room was a nice size and well furnished, had essentials, like a rain shower and a tub. The staff was genuinely professional and service-minded with advice and suggestions. It was the best possible and incredibly convenient location near to Oxford Street / Marble Arch, the attractions, friendly staff and Mayfair.

The room was well furnished and brand-new and faced the garden. The breakfast was extensive with a huge variety of meals to choose from.

The venue is enchanting and fabulous, its location is fantastic, close enough to the theatre district, Oxford Street shopping area, and shops, restaurants. The breakfast includes high quality food, such as scrambled eggs and bacon. The staff are always accommodating, offer fantastic services.

Appreciated my very good stay for business trip. Location: the hotel was close to shops, restaurant and Tourist attractions, and Oxford St, Selfridge's, Marble Arch Subway, Restaurants and Theaters. The room was nicely furnished and what's more - included a rainfall shower and a bath.

Located 12 miles from London City airport, this hotel has airy rooms and friendly staff. Besides, we parked the car nearby. Good base for a 2-night stay...

mayfair was just a short distance away. the rooms suited our needs.
