The staff was polite, pleasant all the time. Family room was contemporary and recently refurbished with bar below.

The location was peaceful, close to St Chad's. My room was tastefully decorated and well-kept room with the best shower and bar plus the TV.

The location was great, just off about a 10-minute walk to Richmond station, Richmond town centre and a tube ride of half a hour or so from London city, and a rail line outside of London and easily accessible.

I had basic breakfast, it could definitely be improved.

The bedroom was compact and carpeted. The hotel was in a central location close to tube station.

The staff were not so great, didn't expect that coming.

I stayed in a nice size room with en suite shower and king size bed plus drinks as expected.

Booked guest room, that was provided with freeview TV, really nice touch plus an extremely comfortable. I had coffee/tea makers and refrigerators.

Well priced and beautifully maintained unit with fresh milk for coffee. Close to a subway station, particularly good and perfect location. Again, not far from Dean Village.

The room was nicely decorated and well-kept and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.

Really enjoyed my very very good stay during an otherwise wonderful holiday to London. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, next to the centre of Richmond and the main shopping area of Richmond and the river. Furthermore, it was within walking distance of Terrace Gardens- Richmond Hill.

The location was central, magnificent fantastic close to transport. Overall it was reasonably large and newly renovated, with an own bathroom. The staff was welcoming, helped me a lot.

Our rooms were compact and newly remodelled, for the bar downstairs.

The room was a decent size, brand-new and the beds were comfortable. There were an electric kettle and fridges upon arrival. It was based in nice building in a quiet and handy location, close to river. Also, the hotel was placed 4 km from touristic place like Queen Charlotte's Cottage.

They served basic breakfast, it can be better.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, and the guest room we booked was carpeted. Close to a tube station, the location was perfect and marvellous, close to rail station.

The breakfast was complimentary and generous with lots of delicious options. The hotel had a central setting to be on the flight path for Heathrow airport.

Everything is good here, had a really good stay for one night. The hotel boasts central location close to everything. It's also next to the river, the centre of Richmond and the train station and the pub which is positioned on an arrowhead juction between Sheen Road and a minor road to the rear.

Decent sized rooms had a high ceiling, an air conditioner, and coffee. The breakfast was complimentary with proper milk, and the stuff was exceptionally nice!

Overall had real good stay during an otherwise wonderful holiday to London. Really enjoyed how the family room with fresh milk for coffee was arranged when we arrived. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a refrigerator were really useful. The hotel was in an excellent location, to from Richmond centre.

The position of the hotel was particularly good, close to Richmond center. Plus, it was really close to restaurants and bars as well as the flight path.

Trendy boutique hotel in a nice area not far from the grocery store, and Richmond town centre and a tube ride of half a hour or so from London city. Welcoming staff with smiles. Great location in the town, close to tourist attractions.

The family queen room is beautifully maintained with coffee, milk, bedroom. The hotel has a marvellous location, fantastic close to transport. The staff are pleasant, they helped with luggage.

Came with my two teenagers, everything was perfectly fine. A great selection of tasty food, I liked it. All the staff was patient and helpful.

The hotel's location was central, close to a rail line outside of London. Further, it was so close to the river and town centre and a short walk to the river / bridge.

It was contemporary, nice cosy and with 2 very comfortable beds. This was a great and handy location close enough to the centre of Richmond close to, the main shopping area of Richmond and shops and Kew Gardens. The daily service was excellent. The staff was outstandingly accommodating & pleasant.

The location is brilliant and fab, 1 km from Terrace Gardens. It has a fantastic bar and efficient and lively staff.

The property's location was marvellous and handy, to the shops in Richmond-on-Thames. The staff were pleasant and the facilities were clean. Family room I stayed at was contemporary.

We loved being here. Everything was excellent, had a really nice stay with excellent service and friendly staff. The rooms were tidy and the location was magnificent close to rail station. Richmond Town district was worth visiting.

The unit we got was fairly quiet with the heating, tea, out-of-date milk. Central location of this boutique hotel was a bonus. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating.

It was in a central location, in London area. Besides, it was adjacent to Richmond and the flight path.

All good - we loved this trendy boutique hotel - the food was brilliant and the staff were knowledgeable and efficient. The venue was set in the central position really close to pub, theatre and so from London city.

We both liked it, the place is quaint and suited fine. Staff were attentive, room was neat. This accommodation had a central setting on top of the pub.

In overall the room was new-fashioned and with the bar and coffee plus fridge. The atmosphere created was family.

The room I stayed in was tidy and cosy for the bar downstairs. The location was marvellous, not too far from Terrace Gardens. Btw, went to city centre, located just a short walk away from the hotel...

Thank you for a really great stay. The location is central, close enough to Richmond town centre and a tube ride of half a hour or so from London city, the banks and center of Richmond. Richmond Town district definitely deserves exploring.

Newly remodelled king room and the bed was LOVELY. The folks working here where pleasant and efficient. It was in a central location, close to station.

The hotel was located close enough to theatre, main railway station, a pub. The staff were efficient and active and provided help. We had tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators in the room. The property was in the central setting close to shops. Richmond Town district was worth staying in.

Besides, the location was magnificent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Kew Gardens. The staff were efficient and approachable and took care of us.

Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre. It was worth its 3 stars.

The street outside is quite noisy.

The beds were ok in our room. Richmond Town neighbourhood was worth exploring. Location not far from old deer park.
