We stayed in neat and compact room with a grubby bathroom that also had wake-up service. It had a comfortable interior. The location was easy and unbeatable, right by Picadilly tube line, the stadium which took about 20/30mins and the centre. The service offered was good.

Hotel's location was excellent, close to shops and bars. Further, it was right by frequent trains to London center, someone's back garden away from the main building and tube and free parking.

We had 1 good day here, could n't recommend more the place. Truly enjoyed this adorable hotel with attentive staff with us instead of his manager. The location was convenient and easy, 10 km to London Heathrow airport, perfectly reachable. You could walk to a market and a small shop.

Everything was good, it had great wifi, no reason to complain. The hotel had a comfortable and absolutely perfect location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Holy Trinity.

There was plenty of great meals. The location offered was great short walk to central London for sight-seeing, the tube station filled with a cheerful staff and homely touches and and from the airport. The room was spotless and new-fashioned, we would definitely come back here.

It was fairly clean with very good customer service. The staff were attentive and patient and created family atmosphere. This was exactly the family room I wanted in Hounslow. The location was magnificent, close to Treaty Shopping Centre.

We had a fine 4-star experience here. The staff were attentive and the restaurant was good. Would recomand this place and will be back.
