Generally, enjoyed this good value accommodation with responsive staff in the receptionist and the breakfast room. The room was en suite, modern and the decor there was convenient. The location was comfortable and the train station was close to the hotel.

There was a good choice of delightful meals. All the staffs were extremely friendly. The location was amazing - just next door to good transport links close by and a conservatory sitting at tables 2'6 " square with 12 " between. Also, such main attraction as Staines Moor Country Park was 4 km from this hotel.

Pleasant and overall clean place to stay in, it has pleasant and exceptional staff in the receptionist and the breakfast room. The breakfast choices are tasty and marvellous with all the usual cereal, baked beans plus several different selections.

Fantastic breakfast and spotless, bright rooms. Had new an electric kettle and a safe. Central location and incredibly beautiful hotel itself.

Had really great stay for two nights and the weather was lovely. We stayed in a king room with a shared bathroom. It was set walk from an underground station. Truly enjoyed this designer hotel, recommend.

The breakfast was very very good with coffee refills and a very friendly waitstaff and served by the courteous staff.

My stay was nice here. The location was excellent for visiting restaurants and a stadium minutes from the hotel. The restaurant was very nice and its hot dishes are to die for.

Everything was absolutely fine, well organised staff, efficient location so close to Docklands, the tube and the overground stations, and shops, pubs, restaurants and W Hampstead Trains/tube and bus. Recently renovated, charming little room with a good view, a shared bathroom, for instance. Paid £ 41.

The hotel's position was incredible and lovely close to restaurants and pubs.

The guest room was equipped with basic facilities, including tea/coffee and an electric kettle.

The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, 1 km from Freud Museum London. It is nestled in a really quiet area adjacent to transport into central London as well as however mind the noise of trains passing.

Breakfast with all the usual cereal and a vegetarian option and Nesca-like coffee. Quiet rooms with shared bathroom and nice fresh towels plus a confy bed, fantastic breakfast.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat with all essentials.

Stunning fantastic location, close to transport into central London. Also - near to Charlotte Guest House to anyone who wants to visit London, the metro and buses and also the centre.

Convenient brand-new place, it has perfect and amazing location close enough to Stansted airports, and fine restaurants. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is amazing.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near to the public transport and the shops, and Luton airport. The staff were very good people. Appreciated how the king room with a bathroom was arranged when we arrived.

My stay here was nice. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a lot of outstanding food on offer. This was an excellent and ideal location adjacent to a Tesco express as well as train tracks with trains running most of the night.

The bed was too small here.

We were in a marvellous location within easy walking distance of Gallery K. The food was fresh with lots of alternatives.

Its location just a short walk away from Gallery K was incredible. It also provided lots of cafes and nice cafes. The food was fresh and we appreciated the variety.
