A nice size units with TV, and the staff were very amiable. The location was quiet and handy - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

We loved an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. The staff was courteous, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. Residential location of this premium hotel was a bonus. The bus stop was 300 metres away.

Appreciated the guest room with a view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Our accommodation was set in a residential location adjacent to a quiet area away from the main road, Gatwick airport, the train station. It also was in a beautifully kept garden.

The hotel met the needs, I would book again. I loved this premium property, nothing too much trouble. The English breakfast catered for everyone. Excellent service, even though a few employees were quite rude. It was in a residential setting near the station.

The venue is fairly clean, with handy location very close to very close to tram and selhurst Park Stadium which was about 30 minutes walk. The staff are superfriendly as well as the owner. The breakfast offers lots of porridge and biscuits. I would come here again, loved really nice stay.

The staff were pleasant all of the time. The twin room had basic facilities you need, an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. Thanks to an exceptional service I had a very lovely stay.
