Had great stay for a business trip and the weather was warm. The staff was polite and outstandingly accommodating, helped with every request. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. Had absolutely perfect location in public transports, close to The Vortex.

The staff is polite, the breakfast astonishing, the location is incredible short walk to London for a gig at the Olympic Stadium, shops and transport and Ilford train station and local high street. The rooms are immaculately clean, cheap, and come with a mini-fridge, tea and coffee. The very comfy bed, best I've ever slept in.

The bathrooms are very old.

Had double room with strong WiFi, ENSUITE bathroom, for instance. Plenty of food for breakfast including toast and cereals. Exceptionally nice location in a pretty nice area right by underground, transport, and banks.

I thoroughly enjoyed this reasonably priced place, stayed there for 1 night. My room included Wi-Fi, a TV set, and a coffeemaker. The staff was really helpful, the beds were comfortable. The location was quiet and excellent, in the city center, in the safe area. Plus, Valentines Mansion & Gardens was not too far away from the hotel. I had a very pleasant time.

This was a really comfortable stay for a business trip. Its staff was outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind. I had a cheap room with TV and everything was perfect. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast served at the garden. The location was central, great on to the large garden.

Early check-in, spotless rooms with strong WiFi, big comfortable bed plus milk. Location - unbeatable, near to london and public transport and Arran Guest House. Situated only 1 km from Valentines Mansion & Gardens.

The breakfast was awesome, with a great selection of food options. The hotel was in a good and fantastic location near to local amenities and train station, the Olympic Stadium and the large garden.

We walked everywhere, the location was peaceful and magnificent, very close to the train station. The room was cosy and with comfortable beds. The people were attentive, will exceed the expectations.

All the staff was kind, solved my issues. It was huge, spacious and with filling breakfast. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

Having a mini refrigerator, tea and coffee in my huge room was really great. There was good food, the staff was polite and very-very nice.

The hotel was set in a central area short walk to London stadium, centre of Ilford, and train station buses and town. It had a good choice of meals for breakfast, including toast and cereal.

The location of the hotel in Ilford is nice, near to train station and access to central London, train station buses and town, and the trains. The units are cheap, modern with a bathroom. Would stay here again, our stay was such great.

Pleasant and fairly clean place, the rooms are practical. Staff is pleasant and welcoming and you can park your car on site. The breakfast offers lots of cereals and toast. The train station is close to the hotel, central location. There is nearby Rooster Piri Piri to grab some food for the dinner. Would stay here again when in Ilford.

Everything here was perfect, and the weather was such warm, loved it. The location to train station on the high street was peaceful and comfortable.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a calm area, near Olympic park, restaurants and public transport. The whole room was spotless and cheap with strong WiFi, a bathroom, as for instance. Central location was a plus. Had brunch in the Jono's Freehouse, located nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The double room was practical with the family clean towels, coffee, for example. It was in a central setting very close to the metro station.

It was a REALLY ENJOYABLE stay for short business trip. We enjoyed rooms with a bathroom. The location was unbeatable and incredible, and we could reach Redbridge's Town Hall by walking. There was a lovely restaurant in the hotel.

There where very comfy beds and an electric kettle, central heating and TV in the double room. The bedrooms were separate. The venue was in a central location next to the train station and city centre and Ilford and central London and Olympic park.

Lots of food available in the garden. Peaceful location to St Nicholas' Chapel. Good area.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Ilford Golf Club. Set close to a garden and a park, it was a plus.

we really enjoyed this place, it's low-budget. room was good sized for us. within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop. excellent home base for exploring ilford.

We had the queen room and it was new-fashioned. We enjoyed television and coffee. Take a look at Redbridge district, it's worth it. Plenty of food at buffet breakfast.
