The room was cosy and comfy, which made the experience pleasant. The location was peaceful and magnificent, close to the bus terminus, it's a plus. Plus, it was not far from the tube station, and the train line.

It was functional, tidy and with very comfortable bed. All the personnel was very very helpful and attentive. Location: the hotel was really close to all destinations in London, tube station, and London. Cafeteria Costa Coffee located 2 km away was a nice surprise...
