Wonderful and lovely accommodation. Beautifully maintained rooms with double bed and very helpful staff.

No breakfast at all.

Booked suite, that included an electric kettle, a fireplace, and central heating. The breakfast was satisfactory with toast, cheese, yogurt, the staff was customer-focused. This wonderful hotel had central setting close to Hyde park where we were attending concert.

The breakfast offered was satisfactory with bacon and boiled egg, for example, couldn't have asked for more. The staff was very responsive and attentive, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The location is brilliant and super, an underground station is walk from the venue. Westminster Borough district won't disappoint you.

The location was awesome and brilliant as for us, so close to a major tube station and an international railroad station, restaurants around the corner and central shopping streets, underground and the park.

The venue was newly renovated, I loved the location close enough to London for sightseeing, Hyde Park and the underground station, and tube and train, and city views. This hotel had a central position very close to metro station.

I had a VERY PLEASANT experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was stunning so close to Paddington station and pubs. Got the same suite with double bed booked online, liked that. Do n't forget to explore Westminster Borough district.

Hotel's housekeeper helped us a lot! The beds are comfortable. By the way, they will charge you for GBP 15 per day for parking. Good value for this area...

Disappointing aspect was extremely small bathroom.
