The room was good-sized and functional with walk-in shower with a very comfy bed. The location turned out to be amazing.

The breakfast I had was perfect and absolutely superb with hot dishes. I was upgraded to an airy double room with walk-in shower. The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Paddington Waterside.

An exceptional way to end my christmas. Quirky, fairly clean hotel with delightful food and well-trained staff. Peaceful convenient location, in a great area of the city.

I came here for 1 night and had a just perfect stay. The property was fairly clean with professional staff. I had fashionable double room with a tea from Cornwall, walk-in shower plus a luxurious bathroom.

Central location near to nature of the Brown's reputation and past travel experiences, and Westminster Abbey, Buckingham and good shopping, comfortable atmosphere. Smooth check-in, parking on site.

Everything was nice, including very-very nice and courteous staff in a personalised manner. The hotel room was quiet and absolutely perfect, had english tea, a writing desk, and a sitting area.

We would love to go back as the location was amazing and lovely. Perfect and clean place to stay in, it has efficient staff from a member of the bar staff. They have excellent beverages in the English bar.

The total stay was fabulous with amazing service e including taking photos for us. The staff were really good and nice. We greatly enjoyed quiet rooms with a tea from Cornwall, overall design plus a luxurious bathroom.

Enjoyed this small hotel: appetising food and very-very nice and courteous staff. I had the double room which was quiet and absolutely perfect with walk-in shower. The setting was marvellous, close enough to restaurants shops and business facilities as well as all the nice shops, restaurants and galleries. Found time to see Handel & Hendrix in London, that's at a short distance from the property.

The place was clean and wonderful, had very-very nice staff from a member of the bar staff. The rooms were huge, airy with walk-in shower, ideal for us. Its location in all social areas was marvellous and unbeatable.

The staff was incredibly attentive, very efficient, nothing to complain about. The hotel had an excellent location in the center of London. And we were just off shops, sights and an easy stroll back from the nights festivities, and nature of the Brown's reputation.

The amazing location was a few steps away from a well-subscribed shopping street. The executive king room we stayed in was functional with a tea. The personnel was best and lively.

Its a fabulous small hotel nestled in a classic style building. The location is central. There is Petrocchi Sede Unica nearby for a cup of coffee.

Memorable stay, we were there for 1 day. The fact that Piccadilly Circus tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The breakfast was perfect and the team was courteous. The venue was in a central location close enough to Mayfair, London and good restaurants & art galleries.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everything was great, nevertheless we stayed for 4 nights only. The place had a comfortable atmosphere. Our room was new-fashioned with a luxurious bathroom, the " downstairs facilities ", for instance.
