Ham Yard Hotel, Firmdale Hotels

We were given a recently refurbished and big size room with great beds, all the facilities, the electric kettle. The hotel was in an amazing location, in the centre of Soho.

The room was newly decorated, unique with very comfy bed. Its wonderful, central location was a plus.

The staff was friendly attentive and amazingly attentive, helped with every request.

The location was amazing for London, adjacent to bars, restaurant high quality, and the public areas.

The location was marvellous, near all London attraction, London for the Catherine Tate show and many incredible shopping areas, restaurants, the theater and more, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Westminster Borough district.

The location was not very good.

It was as expected, had a nice stay than on my previous visit. The staff was thoughtful, the room was stylish, everything was perfect. Piccadilly Circus tube station was 10 min away.

It was surely a great stay at the service on this stay. The breakfast was marvellous and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. The staff were happy to help, everything was brand-new. They placed us in a double room which was immaculate and luxury. Central location was a plus.

The location was amazing - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were newly remodelled and unique with butter for the meals and Big Bathrooms plus great beds, nothing too much trouble.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. Everything here was first-class, and the weather was warm, really enjoyed it. Double room had a very comfy bed. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The hotel's position was magnificent, to a delightful bowling alley.

The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an art museum. Distance to the airport was just 15 km. The hotel rooms were reasonably large and exquisite with music, a very good bathroom, for instance.

Magnificent location next to Ham Yard, and many incredible shopping areas, restaurants, the theater and more in a fairly quiet area. Plus, walking distance to a buzzing Theatre-district square.

The property was unique and modern with knowledgeable staff with excellent service. The hotel was in a central setting close to the Piccadilly station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Queens Head.

The restaurant was great with an excellent menu, I tried quality dishes.

Fabulous place all in all, has welcoming staff with excellent service. The atmosphere of the hotel is special. The rooms are luxury and absolutely fabulous in a 2 bedroom apt wow, everything is brand-new. It has great location to see a buzzing Theatre-district square.

Every single thing was excellent. Friendly attentive and reasonably good staff, were happy to help. Booked superior room, that included a seating area, a study table and iPod docking station. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of food and warm drinks.

Make sure you stay in the double room with great beds. The breakfast variety is delicious with Pina Colada and drinks pre-theatre, as for instance, GOOD service. The staff are attentive, they create special atmosphere.

Luxurious room, with a marble-lined bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast with drinks pre-theatre and Pina Colada, for example. Marvellous and fab location to a cantilevered observation wheel.

so glad we choose it, its amazing base for staying in london. the downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. in addition, free wifi was useful.

An ideal base for exploring London. There was private parking. Strongly recommend for price/quality;)))
