The bedroom was new-fashioned and airy. The staff were exceptionally nice, outstandingly accommodating and helped me with private parking. Its location was central, close to Liverpool Central Library. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Easy to get to, perfect and excellent location right by the restaurant for 7am for breakfast, a thunderous waterfall cascading down from the rooms/stands above crashing into sheet metal and the Twickenham Stadium.

Enjoyed our stay, had quiet 5 days overall. Amazingly nice staff at the reception desk by an extremely friendly receptionist and the pool area was very clean. Its location a super close walk to St George's Hall Liverpool was great.

There was no water pressure.

Its location is great just next door to a mouse run out from under the check in desk which is a health concern and the Twickenham Stadium. Hotel's breakfast is savoury and good hot, includes fresh bread, cereals, pastries, and fruit. The venue provides a first-class service. Would stay here again if we go to Twickenham.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a good area, just off local transport, central London overlooking the Thames, and such a prestigious stadium and so high price rooms for match day. The offered breakfast was savoury and hot for all tastes. The venue's position was central. Also, it was 3 km from Syon House and Park.

This gorgeous, clean property has amazing continental breakfasts and outstandingly accommodating staff. It offers first-class service. Need to add that free Wi-Fi works in public areas. Would stay here again, really enjoyed its location.

I was offered a room with lovely views over town nice bathroom. A mini-refrigerator and an air conditioner were provided.

We enjoyed the hotel - it met needs. All in all everything was very good, had a real good stay for one night of a £ 239 stay. The breakfast was warm on the scrambled eggs, offered bread, cereal, pastries, and fruit. This was a perfect and excellent location adjacent to the train station and a thunderous waterfall cascading down from the rooms / stands above crashing into sheet metal.

The staff was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating and always on disposal. The room was freshly cleaned and huge with a great view, the bed was large. Fresh bread, cereal, pastries, and fruit looked brilliant.

Its service was very good. The rooms were a nice size and well-kept with 2 comfortable queen sized beds and an incredible view plus a bath, no complains at all.

I stayed in the room that was kept to a high standard as were all of the facilities and available with probably the best bed, great views, as for instance.

As for me, the area was poor.

The location was central, incredible to local transport. I ate at the grill restaurant near the hotel. I was upgraded to a top-class deluxe room. Had comfy bed with the pitch view.

The units are brand-new, beautifully maintained.

I booked a room with a large bed, climate control and a safe. The location was marvellous, back to the front of the stadium, in the good area. I found M Bar & Grill offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

I really enjoyed this nice basic hotel for its special atmosphere and consistently courteous staff. The pool was very clean and I had hot drinks in the downstairs bar. The location was great and lovely for walking around a home stadium. What's more, it was close to the town centre and train station. Continental breakfast was amazing and marvellous.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and brilliant, on the tube. The breakfast was amazing with a good choice of delicacies. The overall atmosphere was special, even so some staff members were a bit rude.

The location was brilliant, at a medium distance from The Stoop. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 km, perfect for an early flight. The room with 2 double beds.

Overall it was huge and luxurious with a walk-in shower. I had incredible food for breakfast on the scrambled eggs.

It has magnificent and brilliant setting on the tube. Marvellous breakfast and the staff is competent. The atmosphere of the hotel is special. If in London again will be back.

sincerely, it was a great stay. every place we wanted to visit including museum of army music was within walking distance this hotel. richmond-upon-thames neighborhood is worth looking into.
