I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was wonderful, with great and beautiful location close to London for business or pleasure as well as other local landmarks. The service here was exceptional. The main bar was inviting, truly enjoyed this place.

Free breakfast, compact rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. Very impressed with coffee and an iron available. Comfortable atmosphere overall, excellent staff who seemed to anticipate your next question while answering your initial request.

Courteous staff, gorgeous breakfast, marvellous location right by the restaurant Joanna. Luxurious units with a lovely view over the courtyard.

I enjoyed staying here and would return anytime. Everything was perfect, met the demands, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice people who seemed to anticipate your next question while answering your initial request. The executive guest room was nicely equipped.

We liked this place. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 5 nights, nevertheless everything was great.

The hotel was reasonably large, and the meals were excellent, I appreciated the marvellous and stunning location close to Westminster bridge and all the downtown sites. Reasonably spacious and luxurious rooms with 2 plugs labeled “ usa, felt like home. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, including cakes and bacon.

Liked this terrific accommodation with enthusiastic staff who barely speak English and management completely incompetent. The location was unique and marvellous, very close to a tube station. You could walk to the Saturday market and a market.

All in all everything was wonderful, had a great stay for three nights. I had spotless, compact room complete with comfortable beds and a shower plus 2 bathrooms. Perfectly fine breakfast was included and offered cakes and bacon.

Really enjoyed cakes and bacon at breakfast. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. The location of this hotel was perfect and particularly good. It was surely a very nice stay on a wonderful vacation.

We had family room, and it was luxurious with a real king size bed.

Really enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for three nights. Our room was beautifully maintained, new-fashioned and equipped with 2 bathrooms. The staff were extremely friendly all the time. The breakfast was large with fab food - cakes and bacon.

Charming old and exceptional hotel in a really beautiful area near Parliament, Big Ben, and Westminister Abbey as well as the St James's Park tube station and Buckingham Palace. Generous-sized and functional rooms, great-sized bathroom. Cakes and bacon at breakfast.

Delightful hotel with fast staff who deliver excellent service, liked our staying. An air conditioner, coffee, and an iron in luxurious rooms were awesome. The breakfast was gorgeous and the main bar was a plus.

The staff was very very nice, so I would stay here again. Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel was delightful and fairly clean, it had stunning location very close to the palace. Had quiet and updated room complete with a double bed and blooming other times.

A warm and free of charge breakfast with cakes and bacon to order. The room was well-appointed and brand-new with three pillows per person and the staff friendly efficient.

The hotel was spacious, with genuinely helpful and patient staff and perfect location close to the underground. There were climate control and an iron in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The breakfast was hot and scrumptious with cakes and bacon etc.

Think that this impressive hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. The venue is clean, with great and fab location really close to quick grab and go eateries and solid pub options, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, and so easy to get to the main attractions.

Whole place was immaculately clean with incredibly beautiful views; unbeatable location right by the St James underground station. Well-appointed and brand-new rooms with free of charge breakfast included. Standard decor.

The staff was very very nice and my stay was quite comfortable, would stay here again. The venue was charming and delightful, I greatly enjoyed the location near to Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Big Ben, St James Palace, Buckingham Palace, West End Theaters, and Churchill War Rooms, Very close to tube station and many sites, the tube, and one of the hop on hop off stops, and courtyard views. The service was top-notch, just like I expected.

Fairly clean place and courteous staff, liked stunning location. Very close to a subway station, the Saturday market and a market were not far as well. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was top-notch!

This special and stylish hotel had very central setting near all the downtown sites. Plus, it was not far from Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, the infamous Cambridge 5, and Westminster Abbey, London Tower.

Truly enjoyed our place and would stay here again. Had really great stay with suggestions, the staff were courteous, location was stunning to the restaurant that was n't running due to the bicycle race earlier that day.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was impressive and clean, had lovely views, STUNNING location very close to tube stop. Food was incredible and rooms where quiet and updated. It was a pleasant and unique hotel in a great area, right by a major tube station, and London. The stuff were fast and pleasant, everything was great. Got a delicious and incredible breakfast included. You could leave a car nearby. It had very central location close to Broadway. We loved being here.

Had a great stay for the holidays, everything was great. Location: the hotel was close enough to the centre, Horseguards parade and London. Visited a few interesting places, including Houses of Parliament, located at a short distance from the venue.

We stay there regularly and would stay here again, everything was great. The food is appetising. The room is perfect and equipped with tea/coffee making equipment, flat-screen television and a study table. The location is brilliant and unique, 3 km from a Hyde park. It is set in a fairly nice area.

The small hotel was fabulous. The staff were courteous and the facilities provided were fantastic. For my taste room was immaculate and impeccable with great interior. There was a bath, a plus for me.

Spotless place with helpful staff. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Westminster Borough district. We did n't have time, but the English breakfast looked wonderful. We had a queen room, and we greatly enjoyed it.

The street, it was noisy.

we liked the bed, it was comfortable. there's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like cinnamon club, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

The room seemed very small.

Just several blocks from churchill war rooms and other tourist spots. We really enjoyed the food and service...

It was an excellent stay. In front of westminster abbey, 10 minutes' walk to Charing Cross train station;)))
