I really enjoyed 3 nights in this property. My double room had modern conveniences, including an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The hotel had a marvellous location in the heart of London.

Stylish hotel with quiet atmosphere in a fairly nice area adjacent to Trafalgar Square, and Charing Cross Tube and the River. Big size room with exceptionally comfortable bed, an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control.

The room is airy and modern with very good storage.

Every detail was brand-new and I enjoyed it. The room I got was fairly quiet with very comfortable bed, a larger bedroom and nightcap. This was a marvellous location close to Downing Street, and all main attractions in Central London. The food they offered was well presented, had a wide array of meals.

Everything was fantastic, really enjoyed our very special stay. The stuff where especially helpful and highly professional, and we could use concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge.

Rooms with very good storage had a quiet atmosphere. Had all necessary amenities, an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

It was in a very central location, by then the restaurant was fully booked so we travelled by cab at a cost of £ 30 to eat dinner elsewhere. We had a large bedroom.

We spent 3 nights in exceptionally clean and en suite triple room with the high tech toilet. A coffee maker and glassware were available too.

The location was marvellous and incredible, really close to the National Gallery, the restaurant and wine and Trafalgar Square and the Thames, in a really interesting area. The hotel staff were very polite and polite.

Big bedroom. Large beds & efficient employees on the reception desk. Wonderful, stunning location right by the restaurants, Trafalgar Square, Covet Garden and Leicester Square and all main attractions. Easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The rooms were spotless and airy and complete with very comfortable bed, nightcap, as for instance. The venue was in a very central location near to all main attractions, Covent garden and galleries, and Buckingham Palace.

The room was en suite and airy, had smoke detectors for the safety. It was nice to have an electric kettle and glassware available. The staff was attentive, very friendly. The hotel had a super central location, close to a theatre and a palace. Besides, we were close to restaurants and bars.

Facilities were great, yet Wi-Fi was bad.

Had a fantastic stay for service on occasion. It was immaculate, fabulous and with very good storage. A hair dryer, soft bathrobes, and shower caps were a plus.

Exceptional place all in all, has efficient staff with exceptional service. Offers excellent location in a really interesting area. You can relax at Bassoon Bar, located nearby.

Variety of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent and amazing setting, so close to the Cenotaph and Westminster Abbey.

Really enjoyed our stay, had excellent 1 day overall. Highly professional and competent personnel with exceptional service, paid attention to every detail. It was in a perfect and peaceful location, walking distance to a tube station. Restaurants and bars were also close to the hotel. They offered us good meals, had a lot of options to choose from.

Airy & brand-new unit with bath robes, very comfortable bed plus a lovely bathroom. Delightful food, perfect location close to everything on a quiet street. Besides, easy access to a neo-classical hall.

The hotel's location is ideal and peaceful, we were close to a theatre and a palace. There is Grand Caffe Concerto nearby for a cup of coffee.

I came here for 1 night and had a superb stay. Had spotless and airy room with private bathroom and a personal safe, air conditioning, and a minibar. The excellent service and the attention to detail! They offered concierge service for free, that's pretty good.

It was exceptionally clean with brilliant customer service. The location was marvellous for traveling around London, just next door to Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross Station, Charing Cross Tube and the River, and Embankment tube station.

It was in a peaceful location with an art museum nearby.

It was a great and fantastic location for us, just off central London as well as Buckingham Palace.

The place was immaculately clean and quaint, it had attentive and knowledgeable staff on the reception desk. The location was awesome and historic, within a close distance from a Protestant abbey. I liked to be walking distance to a tube station.

The hotel had a brilliant location very close to an art museum. My room with large shower cubicle, a larger bedroom and very comfortable bed was amazing, had good night's sleep.

The staff was accommodating and the room was spotless. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. There's walkers of whitehall with nice shots extremely close to the venue. Moreover, we parked our car nearby.

Trafalgar square was walking distance to. Private parking nearby was provided. We truly enjoyed staying at Great Scotland Yard. It is so close to the airport👍
