It's reasonably large with beautifully designed bathrooms. The bed is comfortable, slept really good. Well-trained and amicable staff as one would expect.

Fashionable and silent units with fridge and excellent shower. Incredibly comfortable location, just a walk down to everywhere.

I had a really lovely stay. The place was modern, it worked for me. Incredible and excellent location, a train station was close to the hotel. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Marquis of Westminster. The helpful and amazing friendly staff accommodated all the needs.

The staff were unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

Overall it was fabulous and absolutely fantastic, with a private bathroom. I enjoyed decent views and wake-up service available. The hotel was in a central setting very close to Putney East station.

Fairly clean venue and well-trained and excellent employees. Stylish unit with balcony, a really comfortable bed, a super view. Handy location close enough to artisan cafe for breakfast as well as pubs and restaurants. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a Trafalgar Square art museum.

The location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a vastly entertaining and educational museum. The room was good-sized with a really comfortable bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures. All members of the stuff where lovely friendly and welcoming.

The bedroom was gorgeous and fantastic. The bathroom was good, it was nice to have a bathtub. The location was incredible, just a short stroll away from The Cavern Club.

It's best base for sightseeing and exploring London. I truly enjoyed the staff, they are affable and excellent. The building is very good and the rooms are extremely pleasant and comfortable modern with balcony and excellent shower plus fridge. The location is central.

The property is fairly clean and pleasant. The units are gorgeous, quiet. The staff are very pleasant people. The hotel boasts central location next to a nightclub so impossible to sleep due to the noise level. And it's nestled in a nice building right by shops and restaurants.

The hotel had good and excellent location not far from transport, shops, restaurants, pubs and restaurants and the train lines. We had lunch at nearby Midori Sushi, tried their fast food options. It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with a balcony as well as a super view and that's great.

Tea/coffee and heating were available in my double room. It was quiet with a particularly good bathroom.

It is a well appointed property located in Barnes district just next door to artisan cafe for breakfast, and a nightclub so impossible to sleep due to the noise level. Staff is amicable and excellent and you can park your car nearby.

It's best base for visiting some must see attractions in London. The location is perfectly comfortable and handy and personnel is well-trained. This is a hotel go-to for London!

Planned to see London major attractions and it was good choice for visiting all of them. The staff was helpful, superfriendly, and responded promptly to requests.

The venue is placed in a central position as very close to the railway track. Moreover, it is really close to artisan cafe for breakfast, the underground and the centre of Putney.

Its location close to The House of Yoga was decent. The hotel was in a busy area.

The room was spotless with a balcony and fridge plus complimentary water, had a good night's sleep. The food we tried was local and they have lots of meals to choose from. All the facilities were excellent.

wanted to explore london and this hotel was decent base for doing it. ordered diner at their on-site restaurant putney tearoom.

Terrific staff, superior place. It's 4-6 minutes walking distance from East Putney metro station. We loved the superior queen room which was beautiful.
