Chessington Resort Hotel

We loved being there. The hotel was next to the public areas, vampire ride and far from' a la carte' as advertised thanks to its great and fab location. Plus, an Emigration gallery was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The room was generally clean and with a coffee/tea maker, an iron, and a kettle at your disposal, absolutely fabulous view over the park.

The place was fairly clean with private parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Luxurious room, good value for money and amazing breakfasts. Clean bathroom with a bathtub; very-very nice and courteous staff on shift.

Very comfy beds, a coffee/tea maker, an iron, and a kettle in the room. Marvellous and lovely setting, near to the secret library, the Azteca restaurant which was a buffet style restaurant and the park which was included in the package. Plus, walking distance to St Johns Market.

The location was nice and magnificent, near to Choice of Two Restaurants, park, early riders, and the pet shop. Overall it was tastefully decorated, with a private bathroom. Had an iron, a kettle, and a carpet.

The location of the hotel was central, not far from a "safari " park, right next door good location and the Temple restaurant and breakfast. Also, it was just a short stroll away from Grand Central Hall.

The stay here was awesome for one night. Had outstanding suite with a view of the giraffes and single beds plus bathroom. The location was brilliant, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Cavern Club. There were a supermarket and shops around the hotel.

Incredible base for discovering Chessington with outstandingly accommodating staff on shift. Cheap room with a lovely view of park and great decor. Very good building, marvellous location near to the restaurant in the evening and a charging bay.

We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. An iron, a kettle, and a carpet were all available. The location was great in the very quite area.

Fairly clean hotel, very enthusiastic team members to both the front desk manager and Duty Venue Manager. Immaculate and absolutely perfect rooms esp for children with excellent views. Fab remote location and great value for money breakfast. Pubs and an oceanarium close to it.

They served different fruit, toast, cereal, pastries, and pancakes. The room was amazing and faced the savanna. The venue was set in the remote position right by the zoo & /or theme park, the Temple restaurant, which had a good selection and outside food establishments.

We had a family room with a view. The pool area was nice and the location was good and absolutely perfect, near an African safari, and the restaurant for dinner.

It was really unforgettable time in Chessington. The hotel was well-maintained, but I stayed for 2 nights only. The staff were experienced and best and the location was nice to a leisure centre down the road. The room was nicely decorated and the view to the park was incredibly beautiful.

Family-friendly hotel in a perfect area just next door to the sea world, Temple restaurants and desert and 3 soft drinks. Separate bedroom. Breathtaking view overlooking the car park. Pleasant stay for one night.

The food was different and the location was brilliant. Variety of food at the breakfast, I thoroughly enjoyed fruit, toast, cereal, pastries, and pancakes. The staff was outstanding and amazing all the time.

The venue was in a central location right by the restaurant for evening meal and the sea life. Polite staff, everything was good. The breakfast had lots of options, including fruit, toast, cereals, pastries, and pancakes.

The rooms were comfortable and outstanding, included an iron, a kettle, and a carpet. The view of the savanna was good, as well as remote location close enough to aquarium and a night club. Also, it was 2 km from Hollywood Lodge.

Great value for money and hot breakfast with continental to choose from, it had so much choice.

The most important was the staff - experienced and best people. The room was separate, and we had a breathtaking view of the car park. The bed was extra large and there were an iron, coffee, and a kettle to use.

Didn't like the area, it was a little dirty.

Thoroughly enjoyed how impressive the property was. The restaurant here was pleasant for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. Excellent services were available.

Our accommodation was set in a remote location just next door to the bars, the Zafari restaurant, and lots more nearby. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 60 mins walk from the hotel.

I enjoyed great value for money and marvellous breakfast and its fresh variety. I stayed here for 1 day and will be back.

When I am in Chessington, I like staying here. The hotel is ideal with family atmosphere and superfriendly staff with the manner of the staff. The location is marvellous for exploring Chessington.

Came here for 1 night with my child, everything was lovely. The hotel had marvellous location short walk to that was previously advertised, the localish pubs, and the nice restaurant. Besides, a spinning roller coaster was 5 km away from the venue.

It was in the remote location, had super staff on shift. It was located in a lovely area near to the safari restaurant, London, Hampton court and lots more nearby and the park for the second day.

Possibly the best and very positive stay for 1 night. Kind staff, great location on common area.

Unbeatable location really close to right next door good location as well as aquarium, very quick check-in. Also, within walking distance of the park. Brand-new and themed rooms, breathtaking views of the safari park. Incredibly large beds and nice clean facilities.

Very enthusiastic stuff, bright room with usual facilities. Good swimming pool and great location just off the sea life centre, a great theme park and restaurant and bar.

By and large, it was nice base for sightseeing in Chessington, had much fun and met very enthusiastic staff to both the front desk manager and Duty Hotel Manager. The venue's position was remote.

The hotel was in a central setting close to local pubs on the road which is a bonus for food. It was also not far from the Zafari restaurant, the park and early entry into park and Raynes park area. We had very quick check in and the rooms were tastefully decorated with chocolates left on the pillows for the children.

The units are amazing with a view of the animals.

The food was different, drinks were free hot. The location was stunning, to eat in the evening at there restaurant, in the lovely area. The staff was outstanding, amazing with every request.

I liked the hotel, it's quiet and the location is incredible near the safari. The staff were welcoming, excellent services. The vibe here was family.

Airy and large units with a view. Lovely, stunning location through to the movie area. Next to park, zoo or aquarium, the Temple restaurant in the evening and outside food establishments.

Beds were not comfy.

My stay was really great as good value or even really a premium experience. The view from the suite was absolutely fabulous. Private bathroom was spotless. The location was in a magnificent and beautiful place, near to the park, the zoo, and both restaurants on site, I loved that. They had a very quick check-in.

the hotel's location was stunning and brilliant, adjacent to chessington, public areas and safari. had supper enjoying drinks at nearby beefeater. for my taste room was spotless and huge with comfortable interior. the full english breakfast was to die for.

The hotel was impressive with best personnel to both the front desk manager and Duty Property Manager. The location for Chessington was magnificent and ideal, right by the restaurant, the park and outside food establishments. Plus it was max 60 mins walk to the lake.

A bit rude staff!

The location was brilliant and stunning for first time visitors to Chessington. There was Beefeater, located nearby, where we relaxed🙂

We were so impressed with excellent service that will be back. Central location really close to Temple, and the park, it was in a fairly nice area.

Had a great stay especially for a business trip. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and room huge and themed. Liked the comfortable decor! The location was brilliant, in the Chessington area, convenient to go everywhere. We had lunch in Vampire's Burger Kitchen, located nearby.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Fairly clean and fabulous place, has exceptionally good views of the park. The staff is always accommodating and the rooms are warm and cheap. Its full English breakfast is a must, with lots of well presented meals.

Well-appointed room and nice beds. Central heating, pay TV and a study table were convenient.

Besides, excellent for visiting Savannah Splash Pool & Gym Theme Park. The full English breakfast with the juice or water and bacon, for instance.

They provide a full English breakfast with plenty of options. We had a particularly good view. It was in a brilliant location close to pubs and restaurants.

The personnel was POSITIVE and affable. The service was absolutely excellent.

The breakfasts were gorgeous, always with a wide array of meals. The room was quiet and absolutely fabulous, had an excellent view on Wanyana village. In a marvellous location close to pubs and a theme park. I found Beefeater offering shots and different drinks 5 km of the venue.

Great and incredible hotel located very close to the restaurant, the theme park. Excellent service, themed suite with single beds, a view of the animals and coffee.
