Tidy rooms had a storage and a balcony. The staff members were all impeccable and courteous.

The service was very good and the food was fab. The room was lovely modern and had coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge. The staff were all excellent, gentle. The hotel was set in a central area just off the London tourist centre as well as the many bars, clubs and theatres central London has on offer.

It was luxurious hotel and we had a lovely stay. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly all the time. Its service was good. The English breakfast was the best and delicious, a great selection of options.

It was surely a very good stay for our intended visit. The hotel had a central location to the restaurant for best view anyway. Spent our evenings in nearby At The Hampshire Lounge Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

I went on an easter and everything here was really good. Had essentials needed in the double room, including coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge. The location was particularly good, the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Had brunch in the Angus Steakhouse, located nearby.

The hotel was set in a very central area short walk to many landmarks of London, great attractions and Leicester Square next door to m. We had a double room, which was exceptional and absolutely gorgeous.

Would definitely return with my friends. The hotel is set in a fantastic location near lots of other places to choose from, sights and theatre, and the centre of London. Westminster Borough district deserves to be explored. The rooftop bar is a nice plus.
