The staff were kind and absolutely lovely day and night. The room was bright and fairly quiet with an exceptionally comfortable bed and with 3 single beds. Toast and eggs were lovely.

Breakfast was good, impressive views, fantastic location just next door to local amenities, pubs, bars, restaurants, shopping centres and round the corner from tube station, the Gatwick airport and restaurants. Very convenient building, we truly enjoyed spotless and cheap rooms.

Check in was fast, hotel was recently refurbished, locations was easy easy to get around-within reach of main attractions.

It was a great value hotel in a perfect area, adjacent to right across from Westfield shopping mall as well as great restaurants for example Billls Restaurant. The location was comfortable, met attentive staff in his manner. In Bill's you could have Halal meals.
