The setting is excellent, just next door to the restaurant, the garden, and shops, lovely area. The staff is very attentive, really polite.

I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably spacious rooms with a cupboard, a big bathroom, for instance.

Liked the room with a big bathroom & a bath, my bed was comfy. The hotel's position was magnificent and unbeatable, so close to everything. Besides, Longford Pump was 4 km away from the property.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Bt Tower.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. The rooms with thoughtful touches, a big bathroom, for example. Amicable staff throughout. Magnificent and stunning location close to Madame Tussauds London. Also - close to the garden, London, and restaurants.

Had a just perfect stay here. Stayed here for 3 nights and liked my choice. Marble Arch tube station was 15 min away: )
