Had marvellous and lovely location in the centre of sutton. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to The Good Catch to relax and grab some food. Booked a standard double room with 2 double beds.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible.

Standard sized and functional hotel units with Iron as well as a sofa. Great pool, magnificent and perfect location central to shopping areas. About 10 minutes walk from The Cavern Club.

The staff were eager to help with any questions or requests.

English breakfast with lots of outstanding meals to choose from.

Great area, very central location just off town centre and train station, town bus services, and common areas and bedrooms. Minutes from Gay Village.

I was pleased with good service. My breakfast was nice hot with tea or coffee and sausage, as example.

The bed was a bit hard in this place.

Nice building, great location really close to shops and Epsom race course, and the main shopping street in Sutton's. Again, not far from a sculpture gallery. Good pool area, satisfactory breakfast with good coffee, gluten free option, fresh fruit.

The place was clean with private parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. English breakfast available with pancakes and sausage, as example. Magnificent and comfortable location very close to St Johns Market.

The rooms were huge and the location was magnificent central to town centre everything. Dined at Heen's Restaurant, it was not too far from the venue.

The rooms are airy and spotless, with an iron and coffee. The price is £ 34.

The rooms are standard sized and new-fashioned, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is on a good and absolutely perfect location really close to trains & buses, cafes nearby and town centre. In fact, it's within a close distance from The Messenger, one of the tourist spots.

Had the standard room which was airy with 2 double beds. The hotel had a very central location and it was a 4-6 minute walk from Albert Square.

This is an extremely convenient hotel in a very convenient building. The units are airy, spotless. It has thoughtful stuff on check-out and excellant location in cafes nearby. There is nearby Melbourne Take Away to grab some food for the dinner.

It has magnificent, unbeatable setting, near a leisure centre as well as Sutton high street and train station. Spaghetti Tree, where you can eat lunch, is around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The total stay was such wonderful for 5 nights on a business trip. The location was excellent close to train station. And we were just off city center, the centre of Sutton and local area and Holiday Inn Sutton with the super location.

The breakfast was very very good and hot for vegetarians, and reasonably priced. The room was decent sized with comfortable beds, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The hotel was in a particularly good and unbeatable location not far from the train station and centre of town, and common areas and bedrooms.

My standard queen room was new-fashioned, thoroughly enjoyed it. They provided a sensational English breakfast on site. The staff were very attentive and competent and knew the area.

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in Sutton, had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating and incredibly welcoming staff on check-out. The room was spotless with 2 single beds, reasonably priced.

The location in a nice area was excellent and absolutely perfect and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. Had brunch in the The Robin Hood, located nearby. We got a room with jacuzzi.

Everything about this low budget hotel was very comfortable. The room I had was well-organised with a walk in shower and the bedroom. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice - short walk to a music festival, trains for Central London and town center and bus/train stops. Also, the venue was placed 3 km from touristic place like The Grove Park.
