Everything was modern, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. The staff were helpful, no complaints. Enjoyed the location, it was good, hop on Hop off bus stop is right across the street. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral was just a short distance away.

I had a continental breakfast. The staff was willing to help, they care about everyone. The property's location was perfect and incredible, close to the centre. Places like Mathew Street were relatively near from here too.

Thanks a lot everyone for a very good stay on our last visit. The staff were helpful and caring and was willing to help, if required. The hotel was in a fantastic location next to Sainsbury/Argos store, and the local tube station for what we wanted it for.

The staff members were all welcoming and honest. The service was all in all exceptional.

The location it offers is amazing, just off museums & good restaurants, the nearby supermarket, and the bar / pub. Btw, Saint Mary's Cathedral is nearby. Slices of fresh bread and pastries for breakfast are a plus.

Overall a very good stay with great value for money. A great selection of food at the breakfast, including bread and pastries. Central location next to the museums and tube, and the restaurant, and lovely little room.

It boasts magnificent very central location and amazingly spacious room. The service is first-class with private parking available and appetising meals.

It has not very good views and the bathroom is a little tired.

The breakfast was lovely and the place was fairly clean. The staff was willing to help entire time. The room was spotless and silent, provided us with breakfast next, it was a comfortable stay all in all.

Executive king room is silent, has a spacious bathroom. It has very welcoming and pleasant personnel with good service from staff. The location is very central, close to Underground and Natural History Museum in walking distance as well as museums and Albert Hall.

The twin room we stayed in were functional and modern with 2 twin beds. The breakfast was superb with nice croissants and everybody gorgeous, as example, worth the price.

The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will be way much better.

A wide array of options for breakfast, appetising fresh bread and pastries. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the executive king room, plus luggage storage, a heating system, and a hair dryer. Magnificent very central location, close to the shops and tube as well as metro '' tube.

Wonderful and fairly clean place to stay in, it has very welcoming staff at the reception desk. It has magnificent and incredible location easy to get to Heathrow by Underground. The continental breakfast is amazing, slices of fresh bread and pastries are appetising.

Our compact room was equipped with seating area, great views, as example. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and pastries. The hotel was in a great and easy location, close to the Gloucester tube station.

The hotel was placed in the central location to the Tavern for a last drink before going to sleep. Btw, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria and Albert Museum.

Ideal place, it was fairly clean and had exceptional staff at the reception desk. The room was spotless and the views of sunrise spectacular were perfect. We had fresh bread and pastries for breakfast, it was gorgeous. The airport was 20 km away from here, great and easy location.

The hotel was in the central setting opposite the train line. Moreover, it was 2 km from Royal Albert Hall.

Everything was great, good value. The location was wonderful, the rooms were amazingly spacious and silent. Also, the venue was just 1 km from a Dinosaurs gallery. We ate at a delightful restaurant with helpful and attentive staff.

Had wonderful experience, the room I stayed in was new-fashioned and compact with a beautiful view, the bath drains plus plenty variety. The location was magnificent very close to the underground at Gloucester Road, the staff was willing to help. Found Victoria and Albert Museum, it's not too far from the hotel.

I think it was good value. Its location in London was great and easy, next to Kensington High Street, the tube and the many, and the Brompton Oratory. Plus, distance to a Dinosaurs gallery was only 1 km. My functional room had a newly renovated bathroom.

The location was marvellous for getting around, as a tube station was close to the hotel. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Earl's Court. An in-house restaurant which served excellent food with very helpful staff was an advantage.

If in London again would definitely return. The breakfast is delicious with a coffee, has gorgeous food. The location is in a marvellous spot right beside the tube station which takes you straight into London center. Plus, this hotel is near to the tube or train, taxis and local supermarket, shops, or eating out, and the Natural History and Science museums.

It was clean inside. The most important was the staff - PLEASANT and amazing people. The location was incredible, with an underground station near the hotel. Also, the area was great.

Such great stay, we were there for 2 days. The location was unbeatable and fab, at a moderate distance from Victoria and Albert Museum. The hotel itself was in a lovely area, close enough to Hop off bus stop, and the tube station. Their food was brilliant with lots of meals.

The twin room I got was included with the "little coffee " bags, a comfortable bed, the iron.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

It has new-fashioned and decent rooms with a double bed, a nice view, the iron.

Peaceful location of the hotel opposite the train line. Units for our needs.

The location was magnificent and decent, close to underground, and my bed was big. The view was incredible and the staff were efficient and pleasant. The breakfast had lots of food, like pastries, fruit and breads.

Overall, it's good base for exploring London attractions. The hotel is situated in the central location in Tavern. The restaurant attached makes amazing food.

The location was quiet and fab in a good area, really close to the tube station and three interesting museums.

Breakfast with a coffee. Pleasant, polite staff towards all guests. All in all fab and decent setting not far from underground station for Piccadilly, Central and District lines, and tube line. Also, close to everything we could need.

I loved the staff, they are polite and exceptional. The location is marvellous and fab, 2 km from In Town. And the area is lovely really close to museums as well as underground.

The total stay was amazing for a business trip. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was warm and had an exceptional view. We had an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment. Location: the hotel was close to tube: )

They gave a twin room with a good view, a double bed, as example as we booked.

The breakfast we ordered was usual, it could definitely be improved.

We really loved the amazing view. For evening drinks visit the stanhope arms, it is located within 10 minutes by foot. Moreover, we could use free Wi-Fi. Comfortable place for a 2-night stay❤😀

We do recommend the hotel to friends, especially the room with city view. The location of the venue was perfect, the staff was friendly.
