Well-equipped and well-kept room and bathroom with a bathtub. Nice decoration.

The place was brilliant and lovely and the staff were terrific, the location was fab in a lively area. The standard king room was fairly good with lovely beds. The continental breakfast offered a great selection of dishes. The service was nice during all my fabulous stay. Plus, wifi was available throughout the property. It was fairly clean, I would come here again.

Everything there were modern, including very good facilities.

The venue is functional and pretty standard, its location is stunning, close to tube station, Borough Market, Tate Modern and the embankment with lovely views of Tower Bridge, St Pauls and the Tower of London.

The location was great and lovely, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was understanding. The breakfast with hot options and good bacon, for instance was free, had so much to choose from. Exceptional services were available. What's more, there was late check-out in the morning.

Generally, the place was functional and had super-friendly and extremely polite staff at reception desk.

Stayed here for 1 night and didn't want to say goodbye. I had lovely food for breakfast for vegetarians. Greatly enjoyed the double room with double beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Nothing to complain about, it was dope! Breakfast was very good, pleasant views, incredible location adjacent to the Tate Modern, Globe Theatre, river walk and Borough Market/Neal's Yard-walk to the London Eye and pedestrian bridge to St Paul's-relaxed atmosphere with access to good restaurants and pubs and lots to see and do outside central London, the tube line, and the restaurant. We had a comfy bedroom. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great.

The staff is really accommodating here, the services are good, and location is magnificent near to the Southwark train station, Borough market, and many landmarks/ activities within walking distance.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a really lovely stay for 1 night. We were moved to a double room with a bed. The hotel's location was particularly good and unbeatable to all the London sights. Moreover, it was just a pleasant stroll away from a huge market.

Sincerely, it was a really comfortable stay for our last night of a long weekend trip. Understanding and courteous staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The breakfasts here were varied with muffins and endless coffee and healthy food also considering diary regiment. The hotel had indeed an incredible location in southwark.

The venue is clean, with marvellous location right by the center of London, Southwark and London Bridge tube stations and the burrough market. Don't forget to explore Southwark district. It was based in extremely clean building in a fab location, close to everything. A perfect breakfast with eggs and bangers to order.

My experience at this enchanting hotel was great! The breakfast was sensational for vegetarians; the staff was polite. I have just spent 2 days in double room and appreciated it. The location was incredible and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Besides, the area was great, next to a modern-art gallery.
