It's a modern place, reasonably clean. All the staff members are brilliantly helpful and very amiable. The ambiance is comfortable. The hotel has a central location next to central metro line. And it's short walk to shopping center and North Acton tube station on the Central line.

Views are not very nice.

We booked standard twin room with all essentials and loved it.

The continental breakfast was satisfactory, with good quality. Had marvellous location in a tube station in the whole of London, near Dean Village.

The location is handy and unbeatable, it's close to 2 supermarkets, and buses in general as well. I have stayed in the double room with a bath.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, right next to Manchester Town Hall. And it's next to a tube station. The bedroom was high standard and brand-new. The bed was very clean and a sofa and WiFi were a bonus. The staff there were patient and top-class.

It was in a particularly good location easy to get into the city centre. Very courteous staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. Appreciated how the queen room was arranged when we arrived.
