This was a quiet hotel with a central location to the walthamstow central station. What's more, it was near to large shopping center, a huge supermarket and easy tube into central London. The family room was cheap, had a kettle, an iron, and a sofa sleeper.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available there. The location was magnificent and ideal, to Walthamstow Central underground station with easy access to shopping malls and a big supermarket.

My must haves' are an a decent size, functional room with a private toilet in the bathroom, tea, sofa bed.
