Responsive staff with issues and service especially the manager at the time Nader Neishabouri, gave a few recommendations.

The staff was customer-oriented, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The bedroom was contemporary and high-class. The hotel was in an incredible location, easy to find from tube. Had brunch in the Nicholson's, located nearby. The food in the attached restaurant was tasty, enjoyed it.

We had double room, and it was very good sized with a great new bathroom. The hotel had a business location in modern area close to London bridge.

The area was quite poor.

Hotel's location was fantastic, unable to use the bar as there was a private function which took over the whole area. Visited a few interesting places, including Bank of England Museum, located at a medium distance from the venue.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, even so everything was very comfortable. The staff was friendly efficient, genuinely helpful, and responded promptly to requests.

A great selection of food at the tasty breakfast. Stunning great location, on a river boat that will take you up-and-down the Thames.

Magnificent location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km. Our room was silent with an amazing comfortable bed and the staff were caring and top-class.

Excellent location in the very pleasant area, close to London Tower bridge, the center of London and LCY, and right in the centre. Nice bedroom.

The property was fairly clean with hard-working and responsive staff. We had a quiet bedroom. Had super central location nice on the riverside very near to the Tower Bridge.

The hotel had a super central setting as close enough to everything. And we were very close to easy to get to via the river walk, and several tourist attractions for the London Pass.

It had not so good views.

The food was amazing with a lot of alternatives. The staff was customer-focused and the room was great modern, soundproof. The hotel was well priced and in a super central location. And the area was very pleasant, next to all three areas, landmarks sightseeing and great river walk and lovely restaurants.

The services were very good, offered us strong free Wi-Fi. Overall it was spacious well appointed and nicely furnished, with a separate bathroom.

We 100% recommend it. The location was marvellous, for example, an authentic Shakespearean theatre was just a short stroll away from the hotel. It was located in a secure area.

We booked it before and 100% recommend it to everyone. We got a decent size room and amazing service. They offered a bar in the reception.

I was there for 2 nights and would come here again. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated place. The restaurant was really nice and the breakfast was warm with Jamie's the italian and the tea served from a flask, for example.

The restaurant was great for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. A storage and an iron with ironing board were a bonus. The location was unbeatable, close to a tube station. The hotel was set in a lovely area.

Nothing too much trouble, overall it’s gorgeous place with excellent staff at the reception desk. The location is marvellous and particularly good and next to London Bridge, Borough Market and Tower Bridge as well as the river.

We recommend, to anyone staying in London. The location is lovely and walking distance to an underground station. You can visit Honest Burgers that offers excellent meals.

Overall had very enjoyable short stay for my vacation. Friendly efficient and brilliantly helpful staff and the breakfast was warm with fruit, Danish pastries and wine. The hotel's location was magnificent, so close to subway station, about another £55 for drinks and London for the first time in May, 2019.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. Close to a tube station, the location was super and stunning, in a very vibrant neighborhood. I went to nearby Honest Burgers and tried their local food.

This accommodation had a central setting near to Underground. Places like a bulging skyscraper were within walking distance of from here too.

Had 2 nights in London, spent our time here really good. We ate at a very nice restaurant for breakfast. It included an extra large bed and a separate bathroom. The location was unbeatable, and we could reach Tooley Street by walking. The hotel was in a very pleasant area.

The restaurant was really nice for breakfast here, I had savoury dishes. It was in an unbeatable and incredible location with a public park nearby. Also, the area was very very nice.

Stylish place to stay while in London. Efficient and exceptional staff on a single member of staff, thanks to them everything was fine. Its location not too far from a floor glass skyscraper was incredible and easy. Great xmas in this busy area. I loved to spend time in the amazing main bar.

The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to London Bridge and Tower Bridge and restaurants, pubs and the tower bridge and a metro station literally 4mins away.

Attractive and reasonably clean place with efficient staff on a single member of staff. Perfect location very near the station, in the crowded area. Again, not far from The View from The Shard.

Excellent place for a 2-night stay. We had a deluxe king room with flat-screen television, ironing facilities and a work desk. Good restaurant in hotel.
