The location in a very convenient area was perfect and efficient and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. We had a large bedroom.

The units are brand-new, extremely pleasant with a good selection of toiletries.

Clean and bright property with warm continental breakfasts and exceptionally polite staff.

Overall it was neat and updated, with a marble bathroom. The location was marvellous and fab, at the Paddington station, and the view was particularly good, too. The team provided an excellent service. The staff were welcoming and a good hot breakfast was provided.

This excellant value and absolutely stunning hotel was in central location at the very front of where you board to Heathrow express to the airport. Btw, it was not too far from Sussex Gardens Open Space.

My family room was available with plenty space, a writing table, and a carpet.

Good standard place, skilful staff at the reception checking out with the same receptionist. Magnificent location, lively area, close to many sights as well as the tube and train being right there, both main train station and underground and all tourist attractions. Again, walking distance to Albert Square.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. The stay here was very good even during the night in our room. The breakfast was hot with pastries or yoghurt, marmalade plus delicious options and had something for everyone.

Thank you guys for a relaxing stay that ended up costing me more than $ 400 for the night. The location is magnificent and amazing, right opposite the tube station. Plus, this hotel is right by all parks, castles and train statio as well as Close to Tube.

The rooms were beautifully presented and brand-new, we had a balcony looking over the city. Its location next to Norfolk Square Gardens was perfect.

All in all - had a good 2 night stay. It was newly renovated, generous-sized and with view of paddington station.

I had a pleasant stay in a long time. I stayed here 3 nights and appreciated it. The hotel was placed in the central location -easy to catch trains. Moreover, it's adjacent to Paddington Station as well as the lovely and very pleasant Kensington Gardens. The main bar was available on the premises.

Great location in 10 min walk from the lancaster gate metro station. A short walk to the restaurant Bizzarro. The hotel's setting was near such tourist attractions as buckingham palace.
