The property was cool with exceptional and incredible staff with a lovely receptionist, I enjoyed the stay. The hotel was in a wonderful location, right next to Hyde Park.

The location was fantastic and beautiful for me. It was across the lovely area.

It has incredible employees especially on front office and doorman. The ambiance is contemporary. The rooms are bright and impressive, with contemporary decoration.

The rooms were brilliant with 2 single beds, the staff were very good.

Marvellous and light breakfasts at the executive lounge which was included in our rate. Clean and adequate room plus a balcony, a tea and a kettle.

We walked everywhere, the location was great and magnificent, in a beautiful neighborhood.

It was in a great location with excellent views over the park. Moreover, the area was lovely. We ate at a nice restaurant for lunch.

I was there for 1 night and ate at rooftop restaurant for the first time for breakfast. A balcony, a tea and a kettle were all available. The absolutely wonderful and lovely staff with a lovely receptionist provided all the necessary info.

I had fantastic and immaculate twin room. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional.

Large and recently refurbished rooms with brilliant views, a double bed, as example, had a very special experience. The location was particularly good and fab for first time visitors to London. The staff members were all excellent and amiable.

Marvellous location close to French restaurant, a further train station through Green Park-nice walk and easy transfer to Kingscross or Gatwick and Park Lane, opposite Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, I felt safe. There was Gridiron in the vicinity, I ate lunch there.

For my taste room was large and recently renovated with modern interior. Everything met expectations, I would definitely return.

Had enjoyable stay on our fist visit and the weather was very warm. This was a particularly good location just off a further train station through Green Park-nice walk and easy transfer to Kingscross or Gatwick as well as the Royal Albert Hall. A rooftop restaurant for breakfast was an advantage.

The venue is clean, with marvellous and fab location not far from the different activities which had been organised, and eateries.

Breakfast was light, absolutely fabulous views, incredible location close to Hop on Hop off bus stop, Green Park-nice walk and the underground. All of the staff was very welcoming and exceptional. We truly enjoyed the room was, it was spotless and bright.

It is a unique base for shopping, has magnificent views over the London skyline. The stunning and fab location for the price, not far from looking Hyde Park, walking distance of Buckingham Palace, eateries, the Tube and much more and the concierge, front desk, gym/spa, business Center. Besides, easy to get to an Apsley house.

Actually, the room was fabulous and stunning, it also had shower facilities, a hairdryer and dressing gowns.

The room is adequate and spotless on higher floors. It has cooperative employees. It has magnificent, stunning setting, near to Park Lane as well as the center of London.

When we visit London, like staying here. The building is neat and the rooms are immaculate and stunning with tea kettle, a working space, for example. Offers brilliant and awesome location in a lovely area. The pleasant restaurant for lunch is a nice plus.

The location of the hotel was incredible and brilliant - just a pleasant stroll away from Buckingham Palace. In overall the room was newly remodelled and with the bathrooms, fan, for instance. The staff were pleasant the whole time of my stay.

Spotless and bright rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Plenty of facilities such as: an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker. Late check out.

In overall, the place is special, has welcoming staff at the reception desk. The location is very central. The deluxe king room is immaculate, we also enjoyed good views. Besides, parking is onsite.

The location was marvellous and fab, around 10-15 minutes walk from Victoria. They gave me a tidy and fabulous room with views of London and heating plus breakout facilities.

It will take you about 10 minutes walk to reach harrods. We enjoyed the lovely view. Notting Hill district was worth visiting. Location close to knightsbridge...

The food was deliciuos and the bed was spacious. The setting was ideal for celebrations.
