Stunning location right by St George's Hall Liverpool. Walking distance to the bus stop, 5 mins. Luxurious rooms with lovely king bed, a large balcony overlooking the gardens and the garden, warm breakfast.

All in all, it's top quality place that has outstandingly helpful staff on shift. The a la carte restaurant is really nice, serves tasty dishes.

The location was marvellous and fab, for example, St Johns Market was just a short stroll away from the hotel. I had tea and coffee, and an iron in the large and exquisite room. The pool was nice, the staff was incredibly welcoming.

The breakfast was nice hot with halal options and a birthday cake, for example, and the outdoor bar was a plus. The staff was hospitable and decent, everything was really good.

Nice hot and amazing breakfast choice with Prosecco, filthy plates, muffins. Fantastic setting, near to a nice outside restaurant, and Syon Park and the garden centre.

It was a chic place, had really friendly staff on shift. The breakfast was hot with lots of dishes to choose from. The location was marvellous, not too far from The Cavern Club. All I could ask for, good value for cost.

This hotel was outstanding value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels. The stay here was very nice with her perfect service. Central location was a plus. Queen room we stayed at was brand-new with abs bathroom. The staff was knowledgeable, some of them especially.

Fairly clean and fabulous place, has lovely views over the park. It's large with excellent bathrooms. The location is remote, near to lovely grounds to wander in, the flight path, and transport to. Richmond is a district that deserves exploring.

The stay certainly was good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night here. The hotel was in the remote setting in restaurant-all very rich. The suite was exquisite. The breakfast was warm, satisfactory on filthy plates.

The location of the hotel was remote, just off transport, nearest rail station and local pub and Kew gardens and Syon house. A cool bonus was Farfesh Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

I got great-sized double room with very luxurious feel as an upgrade, nice gesture. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator.
