Well priced place, had a quite comfortable stay for one night. Had particularly good and unbeatable location however on the way back the cab refused to take us such a short distance so maybe they have problems with taxi companies where they are located.

Appreciated my real good stay for a business trip. The restaurant was classic with very good food, I tried special dishes. An iron and a writing table were useful. The staff was top-class and caring and the views were great. Remote location of this very comfortable business hotel was a bonus. Furthermore, the area was very industrial.

Overall it was neat and practical, with a separate bathroom.

Luxurious very comfortable business place, it has comfortable and handy location just next door to common areas with chips, cracks, leather on the chairs in the bedrooms falling apart, and serves all terminals. The service is great, includes free parking.

Well decorated unit with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and refrigerators. Marvellous continental breakfasts for diabetics, free wi-fi. The location incredible and comfortable especially in the area for washing.

Fairly clean accommodation, genuinely helpful and friendly efficient staff in customer service as a whole. Coffee bar, nicely decorated and well-equipped room with snacks, the bar and best sound proofing. Hot breakfast, GOOD food.

We have spent 1 day in twin room with drinks, tea and bath, everything was modern. The always polite and welcoming staff was much appreciated.

Location: the hotel was near the earliest buses, transport and Heathrow's Terminal 5. Plenty of outstanding food, I greatly enjoyed it.

The accommodation had a secluded location in the restaurant called Alka. Hotel's breakfast was marvellous with pastries and fruits, as for instance and could satisfy any taste.

The hotel had a remote position not far from terminal 5. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Rooms were not very clean.

Generally, the place was attractive and had attentive and responsible staff in customer service as a whole. We booked twin room with lake view. The bed seemed comfy and it was spotlessly clean all around.

Facilities were very nice, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

I loved the hotel overall. The breakfast was incredible and complimentary for diabetics and with incredible food. The king room was neat and huge with bath extra touches, so that guests had essentials. The venue was in a remote location adjacent to terminal 5, a business park, and airport.

Had a very good stay for the holidays, everything was really good. Magnificent remote location next to terminal 5, airport, a taxi costing £19+. I had a sumptuous breakfast for diabetics, the food was delicious. Also, I parked on site.

Our favorite hotel in Hillingdon, staff was exceptional. Thanks to concierge, who often helped us. A great selection of Very good food, we truly enjoyed it.
