Fantastic, beautiful location in London, next to bus stop, Hyde Park and 2 tube stations and the Spanish market. Big and luxury room with e single beds, hair dryer and all the amenities, courteous staff in reception desk.

The staff was friendly professional and the place was spotless. Enjoyed the price of our triple room and its essentials. Had best possible and strategic location in a lively area with tube about 5 minutes. Also, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from an expansive park.

Enjoyed our 1 night here. The stuff was hard-working, competent. Actually the room was a nice size with all the amenities, bath, as example. Had refreshing drinks in the main bar in the evening. Stayed here for one night, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was pleasant, it had a marvellous location just next door to Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington and train station & bus station. The staff was pleasant, they provided an excellent service. The pool was great, lovely and wonderful breakfasts with the croissants, better- very cheap food provided plus disappointingly coffee from machine rather than freshly made.

It was a pleasant place, had nice and really kind staff in reception desk. The room was extremely spacious and luxury and complete with a bathtub. I truly enjoyed that they had a storage and a couch.

The room was extremely spacious, with a single bed. The location was marvellous and incredible, and we could reach Leinster Gardens by walking.

We were here for one night. The breakfast was good hot and varied and for all tastes, great value. Strategic central location short walk to convenience / grocery stores, Bayswater underground, and Paddington train. Nothing to complain about, the venue met requests.

We were moved to a twin room and had a coffee/tea maker and nice wooden floor. Central location was a plus.

The location was perfectly comfortable and decent, in a quiet area, in the very nice area. The room I booked was not repaired when brought to management's attention and available with bedroom as well as a single bed. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would return here.

Central location really close to Paddington train station so easy to travel around London, Paddington train and tube stations and Kensington gardens / hyde park at end of the street, and restaurants and bars are near the hotel.

It has excellent and lovely location to the best nightlife in the area. Furthermore, it's adjacent to London for 2 days, Hyde Park and 2 tube stations and the Oxford Street. The breakfast is nice hot and gorgeous for all tastes, has excellent food.

The hotel was in a perfectly comfortable location walking distance to a park and a hill. I had a warm and rich breakfast for all tastes. The staff, everyone, was competent and delightfully helpful.

It was really great value. The breakfast was excellent for all tastes, the best we had in London. The hotel's location was marvellous, in what we am sure was an illegal taxi, good for one night.

Clean and fancy place and the breakfast was hot and gorgeous. Romantic, compact room provided with the bathroom. Excellent meals with complimentary drinks. Set walk from the train station, handy for getting about.

Its location is good and excellent right by the museum area, bus lines into the West End and City and Kensington & Hyde Park gardens.

Pleasant venue, with great pool and a late check-out until 3 pm. Got neat room with the sheets, electric fan plus three twin beds. Unbeatable location, wonderful breakfast for 2 poached eggs.

Newly remodelled and spotless place, competent staff who do n't even seem to be able to speak English so ca n't deal with the simplest question or request, had late check out until 1 pm. The location was central, top in a great area. It was also near to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and two metro stations, tube station Queensway and'common areas'.

We where given compact, neat room on ground level. Its location within easy walking distance of a Kensington palace was decent and strategic.

We had immaculate, stocked room with all basic facilities, extra beds and fresh towels.

The setting is perfect and perfectly comfortable, near to the underground and Hyde Park, the tube for travel in London and Paddington station for getting out of London and the Hyde Park and and metro station. The rooms are brand-new with gorgeous breakfasts included. Facilities are really nice, and there's shuttle to the airport. If we return to London would return there.

The location was brilliant and handy, within walking distance of Paddington. Moreover, it's close to London, the bus stop and the tube station.

It was in a marvellous and brilliant location with Bayswater nearby. Exceptionally comfortable beds, room was luxury.

Silent rooms with all the amenities and a good shower, varied breakfasts. Brilliant and strategic location to get to popular London attractions thanks to an underground station near to the hotel. Walking distance to shops and small supermarkets across the street.

All in all everything was good, had a NICE stay for a weekend. Twin room with comfy bed, and great value in comparison with other options. We enjoyed wake-up service available. The swimming pool was great too.

Its location was best possible, right by Hyde park, and in a very very nice area. Westminster Borough district was worth visiting.

The breakfast was satisfactory for 4 stars and had a good choice of food. The rooms were luxury with as large as possible an opening window, the staff were efficient. The location was handy for walking around a Kensington palace: )

The room I got was neat with a regular electric heater, an opening window, as for instance. Had a lovely stay on a business trip, and would definitely return.

the location was prime and magnificent, close to bayswater and paddington station and of course tube and bus connections and the nearest tube. there was plenty of food for breakfast, it was freshly made.

The whole hotel was very clean. The property was located in a safe area. There was Bite Way, max 5 mins walk to, enjoyed their meals.

Bed is comfortable, location is great. Being at a medium distance from Queensway subway station was a big advantage.

We could easily get to oxford street and kensington gardens was in front of the hotel. We loved the pool.
