Overall it was absolutely spotless, with an open bathroom.

Excellant services, good Wi-Fi. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the guest room, plus a flat-screen television, a small refrigerator, and an iron. Nice continental breakfast with fruits, yoghurts and toast.

This quaint and stylish hotel is good for short stay. The breakfast is great with pastries, toast and yoghurts, has everything you need. It offers great location next to the tube in Kensington, a pub called ' The Blackbird' right around the corner from Henley House, where the Pies and Guinness are plentiful and a bright conservatory.

The continental breakfast is a great bonus. It's well-equipped and a nice size with clean bathrooms. The location is excellent and perfect, in a lovely area.

The service was nice, totally satisfied. All the staff were very nice, the breakfast was delicious with yoghurts and toast, as for instance. Its location was amazing, right by Piccadilly Circus/central London, the garden, and a large conservatory.

It was a Victorian building, the room was a nice size with balcony. The service was great. Didn't need to pay for wake up calls and ironing, good bonus too. We were there for a short stay, and had a pleasant time.

Brand-new twin room was fashionable. The stuff was especially helpful and provided exceptional services. The location of the hotel was quiet - just a short walk away from a Dinosaurs gallery. And the area was pretty quiet, not far from the city centre, a train / subway station, and lots of shops.

Had good sleep at the twin room with a very comfortable bed, fresh flowers on the tables, a thin glass window. The hotel had peaceful location right by Earls court tube and the Piccadilly line that connects to-and-from the Heathrow airport, and the garden opposite.
