The property was atmospheric with obliging staff with the female restaurant manager who was inept, I really enjoyed the stay. The location in a local area was marvellous and there were a shopping centre and a market nearby. This hotel met requests in every way, totally recommend.

Everything is very good, the room is well-equipped and tastefully decorated with a nespresso machine as well as comfy bed. The breakfast is nice hot served with orange juice and hot dishes cooked to order, for example. The hotel is set in a convenient and handy location not far from the Garrick restaurant, a near by shopping mall and the elegant garden on a hot summer evening. The employees are exceptionally helpful and responsive.

Beautiful historical accommodation with ideal setting so close to good transport links into central London, Hendon Central tube or nearby attractions and Wembley and central London hotels. A wide range of options for breakfast, outstanding fresh bread and fruit.

The hotel had a residential location on the outskirts of London, loved this place. The staff was responsive and professional, kept everything exceptionally clean and superb.

Absolutely excellent and marvellous breakfast with a lot of options, enchanting and clean place. Relaxing & attractive room with views over the garden. Obliging and great staff, stunning location just off the fantastic gardens under blue skies, the local restaurants and kosher food stores and the closest tube station, which is easy to navigate. Very comfortable stay, as always.

All in all great and stunning location, near which is easy to navigate, many attractions including the Warner Bros theme park, and hendon central. Exceptional rooms, romantic view.

The hotel's position was marvellous and lovely, on an old classic private residence.

I really enjoyed my good-sized and well stocked room with the TV, a romantic view on a back yard plus an adequate internet connection. The location was ideal and I could use free parking on site. A shopping area and a market were right next door.

The staff were courteous, it was a bonus. The location of the property was marvellous, close to public transport. I came across Claddagh Ring, it was relatively close to the hotel, offered nice shots.

Some people working there were completely rude.

Came in Brent to relax and have fun, this classy hotel was good choice for doing it. The bed was very comfy, I enjoyed it. I thoroughly enjoyed delightful food...

It was fairly clean place, staff were attentive, and I liked my air-conditioned room.

The rooms were exceptional and we could park on site. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, easy to get to by taxi, in the nice enough area. Besides, Mill Hill was 4 km away from the property.

No complaints, the venue met the needs, recommend it. Stayed here with my wife and everything was really good.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

Nothing too much trouble, fairly nice stay on our last visit. The venue is clean, with perfect location so close to wembley that cost £12, Kenwood House, and beautiful grounds. Welcoming and attentive staff in the whole hotel.

I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed.
