Perfect little and stylish place, outstandingly accommodating stuff on shift. Fine food for inclusive and marvellous breakfast for vegetarians. Great and easy location to everything that I wanted to revisit, easy to get around.

The staff where all brilliantly helpful, very amiable. I was offered an amazing English breakfast.

Well, it was a good stay for our weekend.

High quality and inclusive breakfast to star a day with appropriate amounts of food and the fried eggs, for instance. Location - particularly good and unbeatable, short walk to Close to town centre and train station, shops, restaurants and the cinema, and Romford for business.

The place was perfectly clean and perfect little, had friendly efficient and incredibly helpful staff on a shift. The food was well priced. Convenient location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. And the area was really great, near Close to town centre and all transport.

Overall it was reasonably large with comfortable bed.

The breakfast was well priced for non vegetarians, enjoyed it.

Everything was lovely, including superfriendly staff on a shift. The restaurant was very warm for evening meals here, I had hot dishes.

My stay was lovely for my business trip. The location was excellent for exploring this good area, close to a manor house, Romford town centre and the tower. Plus, the hotel was situated around 10-15 minutes walk from Vue Romford Cinema.

The property was pleasant with amazingly nice staff on shift, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The variety of choices for English breakfast was nice. The hotel's location was ideal, just next door to hospitals or other local places and a manor house, gorgeous. Found time to see National Football Museum, that's around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

The staff were really accommodating and knew how to help. We booked double room and appreciated it.

Gorgeous clean property, it has amazingly nice staff who are always happy to help particularly the receptionist. The setting is magnificent and perfectly comfortable, right by shopping centre as well as London for a dental procedure. The hotel offers an English breakfast with a coffee machine and the fried eggs and food laid out.

Fine base for 1 night with very welcoming staff especially the sunday morning receptionist. Marvellous and lovely location, functional twin room with fans or aid con, comfortable bed, for example.

Our rooms were beautifully presented and brand-new with good air con. The hotel had a quiet location not very far from Romford Baptist Church. Moreover, it was 15 minutes on foot from the downtown.

Marvellous English breakfast for vegetarians. Location - magnificent, close enough to Close to town centre and train station, Romeford centre, and trains and shops. Again, not far from a massive central square.

Had very good stay for our weekend and the weather was lovely. The location was easy close to public transport. Further, it was just next door to the tea/coffee facilities, shops and the motorway and Close to town centre and train station.

All in all everything was lovely, had a nice stay for 1 night. The room we booked was perfect little and good standard with a bright interior. The hotel's location was central, in a good area for us.

It was a stylish place, had amazingly nice staff on a shift. The hotel was just off special mention of Salmon at reception who was so friendly, London and surrounding areas and the local park thanks to its marvellous location.

Got a high quality breakfast served. This hotel was set in a central area not far from the city center of ROMFORD, the urban jungle that is Romford and district, and special mention of Salmon at reception who was so friendly. Also, we were 2 km from popular place such as Romford Stadium.

When I am in Romford, I like staying here. Perfect and clean place to stay in, it has exceptional and very welcoming staff at the night shift. The location is great, 1 km from a local museum. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from downtown. The hotel has got a very warm restaurant for evening meals.

The units are brand-new, beautifully presented where bathroom had drainage smell. Glad to have coffee, a hair dryer, and a lounge.

The hotel was great value and well priced and overlooked the city. The rooms were great value for money and brand-new, with a lounge and an iron, good sized bed. The English breakfast included a huge variety of meals.

The hotel was set in a central area right by the train station, and good bus and train links to central London. Thanks to the delightfully helpful staff everything was perfectly fine, including a wide range of good food.

Nice enough area, central location close enough to shower excellent, a conservatory and Sheesh restaurant which was still £20 in a taxi away. Besides, excellent for visiting Romford Shopping Hall😃

The total stay was very lovely on the weekend. The food was great, I truly enjoyed the English breakfast. The property's location was absolutely perfect and nice, close to a train station. I was surprised at nearby Bb's Coffee and Muffins, they had some goodies, drinks.

Everything met standards, I can't wait to come back. I was happy, the twin room I booked came with thread bare carpets, a big bathroom, for example. The location was comfortable for Romford, close enough to shops, public transport, good bus and train links to central London, and a police station.

I was upgraded to a lovely looking and well stocked room with a good sized bath. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were very rude.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, fab food, lovely views. Our accommodation was set in a central location near London and surrounding areas as well as Harefield Manor. Havering district was worth visiting.

The hotel had a central setting to Havering council. Havering district was worth exploring. Loved the room with fresh clean white towels, my bed was very comfy. Everything here was perfect. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.
