Hard Rock Hotel London

1st class place with competent staff from another member of staff, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was central, best possible right on top of the Marble Arch roundabout. Besides, we were short walk to Marble Arch tube station and the lobby/Hard Rock restaurant.

The weather was warm, had really really nice stay of three or more nights. The hotel was great value. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, extremely polite, and responded promptly to requests. Liked good-sized junior suite on level 6, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was central, right by central London, restaurants and reception, and Hyde Park and Oxford Street.

This place is great value. It has recently refurbished high-class rooms, that come with diffrent floors, shower, as example.

The check in was friendly and the atmosphere was sophisticated throughout the hotel. I stayed in recently renovated, high standard room with bathroom, access to the lounge plus drinks. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall fresh made with live music. The location was good and fab, near taxis, in a particularly good area.

This hotel is great value. The staff is super friendly, that's an advantage, Offers excellent service and appetising food. They provide concierge service and ironing without charge too. The main bar is fantastic.

Comfortable location for visiting restaurants and bars. Very easy to get from London City airport, just 20 km.

The quality, great value, had a good stay on second night of our stay. The hotel was spotless and the location was excellent and absolutely perfect especially in the shower area. We visited a lobby restaurant and appreciated the local meals they offer.

We took a classic double room and it had a Nespresso coffee machine and heating. The hotel staff were top-class and attentive, the breakfast was outstanding!

Music bar, well-appointed and brand-new room with a double bed, park view and the shower. Private parking and large and fresh made breakfast with free drinks, coffee/tea, half a view. Excellent and perfect location just a walking distance from St Johns Market.

Large and fresh breakfasts with tea or coffee and live music. Very nice area, magnificent and perfect location, short walk to most attractions, shopping places, and good restaurants, London with the ambiance and the centre of London.

Incredible location and overall the staff was very very helpful and top-class. Had brunch in the Nicholson's, located nearby. The food in the bar was outstanding and fab.

The hotel was ideal and upscale, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, liked the incredible location near to Bond Street, Hyde park and at the end of Oxford Street. Had newly decorated, functional room with a double bed, unworking air conditioners plus bathroom.

We ate at a wonderful restaurant with very friendly staff. The location was best possible and the staff was competent during the whole stay! Great to be 300 metres away from Pret a Manger, enjoyed our meal there.

We were there for 3 days, everything was perfect, liked its great location just off tube stations, shops, restaurants, and central London for a long time. It was a really really nice stay, gorgeous place.

By and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met supper friendly staff from another member of staff. The stay for a family vacation certainly was great value. A great selection of meals for breakfast, it was outstanding and absolutely superb.

The location is central. If you walk 5 minutes, you'll find Marble Arch metro station. It has competent staff from another member of staff. Overall the room is air-conditioned, brand-new and includes a heating system and a closet space.

The view of the park from our newly remodelled room was amazing.

When we visit London, like staying here. It's a gorgeous and perfect hotel in the very clean modern building. The location is central, close enough to Paddington station, all theatres and Oxford Street shopping area.

The hotel is overall clean has a prime location and memorable views. The room is a nice size and equipped with a heating system and a closet space. There is a wonderful lobby restaurant, with very friendly staff.

The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new and have great view of the park. The staff is top-class, efficient. It has a music bar.

The stay was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous hotel, I really enjoyed its central location not far from the Marble Arch and the London underground, London xx and shopping centre and stations. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was superb with fresh omelets, tea or coffee and free drinks. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were very unprofessional.

Great value contrasted with other options. Everything was modern, so were magnificent views over the Marble Arch and Hyde park. The room was well-appointed and brand-new and the bed was very clean. The lobby restaurant with very friendly staff was the best part.

Overall had very nice stay on second night of our stay. The location in an amazing area was great and lovely and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby. Moreover, it was not very far from Marble Arch.

The units are good sized with quirky accessories. The hotel is in the central location to a private Lounge area.

Views are awful.

The location is good and fab, 1 km from Marylebone. The hotel is in the particularly good zone. It features recently renovated and well-appointed rooms with a view over Hyde Park.

Unbeatable and nice location, a few steps away from everywhere. Walking distance to a shopping centre and the Christmas market across the street. Fresh made breakfast for the start of the day with fresh omelets and coffee/tea and mushrooms.

Elegant ambiance in a central setting.

The location was excellent and perfect - near to eating areas, the cafe and Piccadilly Circus. Quick bites Pret a Manger was located 5 minutes walk away.

Had really really nice stay on of the worst Hard Rock Hotel visit ever, the staff were excellent co-operating, location was good next to the restaurant. Booked a deluxe king room with a nice view.

The venue was set in the central position near to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Marleybourne train station, and there hard Rock restaurants. The staff was competent, no complaint.

There were high-class, neat rooms with AC, twin beds, for example. Its location was particularly good, right next to marble arch, and in a central area. Café Crussh located 1 km away was a nice surprise. There was a fantastic bar and lovely food at the lobby restaurant.

The food was brilliant, with lots of options. The location was marvellous, not too far away from Baker Street.

The hotel was in a perfect location right by Marble Arch tube station, opposite Hyde park & right by Oxford St and central London. I liked the venue and found the staff competent and efficient. There were very clean beds and a safe, an iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities inside the room.

The place was lively, it worked for me. The restaurant was magnificent and its hot dishes are to die for.

The breakfast had lots of fabulous food and drinks. My room was neat with a larger bathroom and A/C plus 2 desks, and the check-out was late. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to tube or bus and Oxford Street.

I've booked superior twin room with a/c and everything was perfect.

I loved the place, it was exceptionally clean & the staff were attentive. The location was stunning - ease of access to a public sculpture. The property was set in a particularly good area. Hotel's restaurant was excellent and with amazing food.

The food was tasty with plenty of options. The hotel was in the central setting in Wembley stadium.

Every time we stay in London, like to stay here. We loved this place, it's cool and interesting. The HOTel staff is exceptional and efficient. This is a decent location in London. The restaurant is magnificent with hot dishes to choose from.

We appreciated this good central hotel. The deluxe king room with a/c had basic facilities you need. Every staff member was efficient and attentive.

It has decent location to see Selfridges London Department Store. It's based in great area, to transport links.

The bed was comfortable, and there were a private safe, air conditioning, iron and ironing board too. The location was magnificent and decent, close enough to the restaurant as well as a taxi and easily accessible.

Really unique base for shopping. Very clean unit. Moreover, there was free WiFi! Enjoyed being not too far from Marble Arch metro station.

we only stayed 2 nights, as we were in a hurry, but glad we chose this classic hotel. we got classic queen room and appreciated it.

We loved staff and facilities, no complains at all. If we return to London we will be back...
