Most of the staffs were very good and understanding. Really enjoyed how the exceptionally clean and compact king room with all the facilities was arranged when we arrived.

The staff we met were unattentive.

The breakfast is plentiful, and the location is ideal near to riverside at Richmond, The Gate restaurant which was clearly a popular local place for dinner and Hampton Court.

It has excellent location for visiting Northern Quarter bars.

Thank you all for a very enjoyable short stay during our visit. It was a perfect and exceptionally nice location for us, really close to sunny conservatory, a 10 minute stroll along the river to the town centre, and Ricmond centre and the beautiful views from Richmond Hill.

Travelled with my boyfriend, spent 1 night here and had an amazing stay. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and cool and in a central location next to lovely views over the Thames within a short walk, and the hill for less than half the price.

Enjoyed it amongst others I visited before. The airport was 23 minutes drive away.

The restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory with bacon and cheap jam, for instance. The location in a lovely area was marvellous and lovely.

The location couldn't be more great and beautiful to an area where I think there were deliveries.

Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the wall. The location is good and they have parking on-site.

The breakfast served was plentiful and wonderful with fresh options, bacon plus toast. The hotel was placed in the central location in the lovely garden. Spent our evenings in nearby The Marlborough, especially when it was really hot outside.

The room was high-class & a decent size, came with sparkling water, hair dryer, bedrooms. The location offered was good really close to gorgeous riverbank walkway, and Richmond park and also the city centre.

The venue was in a central location close to Kew, Hampton Court, Richmond Park & walking distance to town and the town centre.

It is a nicely presented property located in Richmond Town district just off the conservatory overlooking the garden, the wonderful restaurant, and the amazing bars and restaurants. The staff is competent, very efficient. This hotel has perfect location on Richmond hill next to Richmond park. The services are efficient, including a lovely pool. Use the parking onsite.

Amazing central location and good breakfast. Spotless and compact room and a coffeemaker, a storage space, and a kettle inside. Exceptional service and the food is well presented.

All in all everything was brand-new, had a nice stay for 2 nights. Overall it was fabulous and perfect with lovely bathroom.

The property is nicely appointed and exceptionally clean, offers plentiful and wonderful breakfasts. The rooms are high standard and air-conditioned, the beds are comfortable. The rear view from the window is world class. The service is excellent with private parking available and outstanding meals. The location is central. Would stay again in this gorgeous area.

Views are awful.

The weather was warm, had thoroughly enjoyable stay in winter time. The staff was extremely friendly and affable and everything was incredible. The restaurant here was lovely for our annual girls Christmas lunch, we both ordered excellent dishes. The view of gardens it had was absolutely superb.

Bad smell in the room.

Comfortable bed, nicely furnished room with an air conditioner, a storage space, and a kettle.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect in the lovely area. We dined at a fantastic nearby restaurant with local dishes. The room was comfortable quiet and newly remodelled and with a fantastic view of gardens. We didn't have time, nevertheless the full English breakfast looked enjoyable.

I booked a spotless room complete with bathroom, all the facilities, extra fans & chairs. The location was perfect and easy, 20 km to London Heathrow airport, perfectly reachable.

Had an excellent stay for 3 nights. Food was splendid and I stayed in the double room, it was elegant. Separate bathroom was tiled. The staff were polite and welcoming and the location was incredible! You could walk to shops and interesting independent shops. I enjoyed that the hotel was 22 minutes drive from the airport.

700 feet away from the hotel there is The Petersham Restaurant, which is a good dining choice. Richmond Town neighborhood is worth seeing. 25 minutes by car from the airport. We will be back, no reason to complain;))
