Magnificent location in the middle of the city, in the local area. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The venue's position was very central. The airport was 20 km away.

Truly enjoyed an electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV in the room. Efficient and excellent staff, answered all questions. Our location was marvellous and excellent to Lancaster Gate tube station.

Staff were flexible, rooms were reasonably large and equipped with a washing machine and complete kitchen plus 2 separate bathrooms.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was great. The location was very central, excellent in the middle of the city. Moreover, it's not far from Hyde Park, Lancaster Gate tube station and London.

The location is marvellous and excellent, just off the underground, you cannot beat it. The place to order dinner not too far away from the hotel is Kim Klan Chinese.

It was a joy spending time in the clean room with a separate dryer. The staff was very-very nice, solved all problems we had.

Greatly enjoyed our 7 nights stay. The hotel had a central position not far from Hyde Park on one side and attractions, park and shopping. There were good beds and a microwave oven, climate control, and an individual safe inside the room. It boasted pleasant views. Every staff member was VERY EFFICIENT and helpful.

Every detail was awesome and I appreciated it. The location was great and magnificent, not very far from an expansive park. Further, it was just next door to Hyde Park on one side and Paddington on other, Lancaster Gate tube station, and close to attractions. The local stuff was nice.

Great place for exploring London. Reasonably large absolutely fabulous room with a lovely bathroom. Pleasant street views. Helpful staff and great location near the underground, Hyde Park and the underground, and attractions, park and shopping.

Central location just next door to the underground, Hyde Park on one side and Paddington on other and close to attractions, it was in a very quite area. Every employee we encountered was very efficient and flexible. The rooms were fabulous and brand-new, included a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

It's reasonable base for visiting some must see attractions in London. The location is marvellous, and here's the cherry on top - walk from a subway station. The hotel is in a really quiet district, in a quiet street.

I have stayed in superior apartment with a washing machine, a separate dryer, complete kitchen for 2 nights. The hotel had unbeatable location really close to Hyde Park, and the london. I found Olio Bar & Restaurant offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The vibe here was quiet.

There where an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment and a multi-channel TV in the room, enjoyed that. The most important was the stuff - polite and excellant people. Its location was very central, a short way from Sussex Gardens Open Space...

Very central location was a plus. Also, the hotel was 25 minutes walk from Victoria and Albert Museum.

Staff were welcoming and amicable.
