The location was marvellous and lovely, handy to the train stations, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees where very rude. Variety of food for breakfast, which was lovely to satisfy everyone.

I greatly enjoyed fabulous food. The hotel had a good position, close to the DLR railway to get to the O2. The staff were lovely friendly and efficient, nothing to complain about.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a brilliant fit. The bedroom was brand-new and top-notch. The bathroom there was lovely. The location was perfect and convenient, to the tube station Royal Albert, and the view was pleasant, too.
