Well priced and comfortable place with modern clean facilities.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, room was good sized and nice looking. We liked a storage space, a big window, and a hair dryer. It was near to train station, all main shopping areas and local transport, and Bayswater, great and unbeatable location overall. The stuff was super-friendly, affable with every request.

The area was awful.

Everything was modern and the rooms were great value and lovely looking. The folks were fairly friendly. Incredible location near to Oxford circus made it easy to get to key attractions.

Some of the staff were very rude.

The place was neat with a responsive and very efficient staff. The location was perfect and comfortable, close to Bt Tower. Also, the area was nice quiet.

The location very close to a tube line was good. Besides, it was relatively near Chinatown Gate. My room included coffee and a TV.

Good looking rooms with nice beds, coffee, a TV, and a storage space. Very good breakfast with so large portions and beans, for example, efficient and smart personal.

The property was little and quiet. I booked a room with a nice bed, coffee and a TV. The accommodation had a very central location close to theatres.

A huge variety of delightful options for meal. The location handy and magnificent in a nice place needs urgent refurbishment. And near most attractions as well as the Hallam.

The property is fairly clean; great-sized and lovely looking rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Magnificent location short walk to London's main shopping area, a tube line, and the West End Bars. Besides, easy to get to Marylebone. Tiny rooms, very good breakfast. Exceptionally good view.

The service was terrific and the location was particularly good and excellent. The room for the sink which was in the bedroom itself.

The hotel rooms were great value for money and good looking on the lower floors, reasonably priced.

It was based in old fashioned building in a perfect location, to Oxford circus. I loved the twin room with bedroom, tea and the forth level.

It's an absolutely fabulous place, neat.

Fantastic and lovely location for London, next to the tube as well as London for a concert at The Palladium. Besides, excellant for visiting Goodge Street. A great value for money room provided with tea and bedroom plus a fan.

The place is wonderful and neat, everything is modern, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Really helpful and attentive staff, the breakfasts are very good with milk. Every time in London we stay in this hotel.

I enjoyed that it was clean and fabulous, the staff were super-friendly and rooms were bright. This hotel was located in a very central area close enough to Stratford, Kings Cross and Russell Square. Also, a cantilevered observation wheel was 3 km away.

The accommodation was little with efficient staff. There were nice beds and coffee, a TV set, and a storage inside the room. The restaurant had appetising food.

Quiet place with a good view. Plenty of options, great food. Good and excellent location in the event you got stuck in the lift in a calm area. Situated only 1 km from Baker Street.

I was given great value for money and en suite room with the shower and bedroom plus milk. The food was delightful and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu.

The food was good with a good choice of choice! The venue was in a central location right by both Regents Park and Great Portland Street tube stations and oxford street and the london palladium.

Its location minutes away from a circus and bistros was marvellous and unbeatable.

The place was exceptionally comfortable and neat. This was a comfortable location not far from Stratford, Kings Cross and Russell Square, and Marble Arch. Came to visit Oxford Street, based not too far away from the hotel.

The stuff were very very helpful; we had an easy check-in. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was excellant.

The hotel was situated in the central location in the event you got stuck in the lift. The breakfast was satisfactory, with milk and the staff was responsive.

The location was incredible and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Bt Tower. And it was also so close to the West End Bars & shops, London and oxford street and Tottenham Court Road. And it included an upgraded bathroom.

Everything was perfect, appreciated our really enjoyable stay. The location in a new area was great and unbeatable and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. There was an amazing restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were good sized in general, in bathroom with previous guests toiletries. The staff was exceptionally nice, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The morning meal was very very good.

Had a very comfortable stay for one night, everything was great. We enjoyed breakfast that was included in the price.

The place was clean and we loved twin room. The staff were competent and responsive, took care of us during 2 days stay. The hotel had magnificent location near to restaurants, and London. Also, it was within just 1 km from a national museum.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in London, had much fun. The staff were accommodating, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was cheap. Everywhere there was clean. It was in a very central location, to Oxford circus.

Wake-up service, available in my twin room, was a nice bonus. The food was DELICIOUS - plenty of options. The staff was attentive and made me feel at home.

The hotel was in a brilliant location so close to central London, the Tube and giving access to a range of rube lines. I loved that the room was compact with the bedroom, coffee, for example.

Breakfast with juice. Had twin room with bedroom. Peaceful and brilliant location, walking distance to everywhere. Again, walking distance to Goodge Street.

I had reasonably priced room with the wash basin outside of bathroom. It was the best possible and handy location not far from the Tube, oxford street, London.

Simply one love, recommend it to friends. This hotel was good home base for exploring London, loved it. Location: 15 mins walk to the metro. Coffee and television were a nice touch.

No reason to complain. Food is AMAZING. We enjoyed it. Horse and Groom is set 600 feet away from the property. We visited big ben that was close to the hotel.

nice touch to have television and shower. we greatly enjoyed facilities and staff of this venue. it was a perfect city break, we would absolutely stay here again.
