Thanks for a lovely stay for Brixton Academy visit. I have stayed in the double room with a coffeemaker and an iron.

Fairly clean and cool place, lovely and wonderful stuff. Fantastic and gorgeous rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Quick check-in and fantastic service.

Well furnished and well-appointed unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The classic queen room with original features had all necessary amenities.

The location it offers is perfect, not far from the nearest bus station, and so easy to get into Centre of London. Dulwich district deserves to be explored. The continental breakfast is good hot with juice, hot dishes, toast.

It was quaint and neat hotel with an outdoor restaurant. We stayed in double room in room-tea. Close to a railway station, the location was magnificent and stunning, in the gated back area for the kids. We had a perfect 10/10 experience.

I've had a really unforgettable stay for Brixton Academy visit. Every detail was very good and I enjoyed it. All the staff was very attentive, tackled my issues. The outdoor restaurant for breakfast and the main bar.

Had just perfect stay for a couple's vacation and the weather was wonderful. I ate at a really nice restaurant for breakfast. The staff was caring, experienced, and everything was really good. The location close to a railway station was exceptionally nice. Dined at Rustom Restaurant, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

Overall it was exceptional with a great breakfast included. The setting of hotel was brilliant and awesome, almost next to the trainstation.

Their staff were not particularly friendly.

The weather was wonderful, had enjoyable stay for a couple's vacation. The restaurant was really nice for breakfast, we ordered tasty dishes. The staff was very attentive and the room was tastefully decorated with extra large beds. Its unbeatable location close to a railway station was for what We needed.

Facilities were quite modern, though Wi-Fi was bad.

Enjoyed our stay, had perfect 3 days overall. It was in an unbeatable location adjacent to pub and restaurant, Herne Hill train station for commute into Victoria, and central London where the rooms are very clean. Local fast food option The Best Kebab was 5 minutes walk away.

The room was exceptional and absolutely stunning and reasonably priced with the fridge as well as nice extras such as bathrobes. The location of the hotel was central, right by bars and restaurants and the park, Brockwell park and Herne Hill community and the train station.

Everything was very good here, and the views were great. The most important was the staff - well-mannered and caring people. I was there for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant which opens up onto an enclosed garden. The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect and magnificent in the gated back area for the kids. Moreover, it was near to Close to train station, Crystal Palace and Victoria.

Thanks for the very nice stay for a couple's vacation. Its location is magnificent and beautiful, around 4-6 minutes' walk from a national gallery. It is set in a very nice area. Would recommend this venue to friends, no complaints.

This was my exceptional stay for a couple's vacation. Many things to mention - everything was spotless, tasty food, great views. Staff were fabulously helpful and breakfast was varied and warm. The hotel's location was central, so to connect to most of the main tourist sites. It was also so close to London in a beautiful, trains and a large park nearby. I enjoyed the local cuisine served in the outdoor restaurant.

When we visit London, like staying here. The place has quiet and prime location in Brixton academy. They have an English bar. It offers very good service.

The stay here was enjoyable for Brixton Academy visit. The setting was exceptionally nice, adjacent to cental London, the gorgeous garden and bars and restaurants and the park. Also, Herne Hill Velodrome was 1 km away.

We had a double room, which was nicely furnished and air conditioned. The bathroom was fairly clean with a shower, a hair dryer and slippers.

Fantastic, magnificent location close to Brockwell park & lido. Also - not far from the 02 academy which was a perfect location for that, Brixton or Herne Hill, and public transport.

This fantastic little, spotless property has savoury continental breakfasts and brilliantly helpful staff. The units are themed, beautifully decorated. You will find a Nespresso machine and an iron. The location is quiet and prime for everything I could possibly need. This is a hotel go-to for London!

It has brilliant central location in the gorgeous garden outside. There is bakery Ye Olde Bakery, set 200 metres walk away.

It is in perfect location to a 19th-century park, set close to the hotel. The units were well furnished for the beer.

Cosy hotel, the staff were absolutely loyal. A laptop safe, an ironing set and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels are available in the room. It's worth staying here and exploring Dulwich district.
